I’ve lived in Ottawa since 2017 and had been meaning to try Ng’s Cuisine for dim sum for years. Every time we attempted in the past, the restaurant was either closed or parking was impossible to find. Today, we finally made it — arriving around 11:30 a.m., which turned out to be the perfect time. The restaurant wasn’t full yet, but by the time we left it was buzzing and the parking lot was packed.

We ordered from Uber Eats. Whenever I visit my mom in this neighbourhood we order Chinese takeaways. This place was recommended by one of her neighbours. I like the food less here than nearby Sea King or Brother Chiu. Tonight we got chicken with black bean sauce and honey garlic spare ribs. The chicken was tasty though the vegetables were a little limp. Spare ribs were very tender but overly sweet for my taste. It is inexpensive compared to the other neighbourhood options...

My wife and I treated our relatives for diem-sum many years ago. Staff were friendly, the food wasn't back then but because restaurant is under new management the diem-sum has improved. In my earlier review I wasn't looking forward to come here BUT NOW so far the food is tasty. Atmosphere and décor remain the same.
