I had placed an order for pizza earlier today. My address sometimes auto changes to an address about 10 minutes away. It does this on multiple food delivery apps and I’m not sure why. I had placed my delivery and then realized the address was wrong, there was no way to contact my driver or edit the delivery address. I called pizza pizza for 20 minutes and did not get an answer once. By the time they did answer (38 minutes later) the order was about the be at the incorrect address. I was sent to customer service where I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then my driver called me and I explained the situation to him, I was then told that he couldn’t deliver it because he doesn’t know the area. Ridiculous service!!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I place an order online for pick and I was told why didn’t I just come in store and place the order in store. Now he has to pay a service charge. I’m giving this store business and the guy is pissed off. This store should be closed or run under new management.

This the the first time ,i am giving reviews to someone. Yesterday me and my friend visited to pizza pizza at 10:00PM , and we ordered xxl pizza and many things and the guy was really very rude and my friend was just normally asking him about the deals and and my buddy just normally asked that its come with dipping sauce? , and the guy said yes , ‘after next five years. He was talking very wrongly . and i said could you please add one topping on half side he said i am not able to put onions on half side , even i do order everytime , and when we asked his name ,he said my name is micheal jordan you can do whatever you want i know you will complaint about me and he said go ahead I don’t care about anything. He was looking mad on both of us . He did start arguments with us. we were really very polite and i said bro this is not a nice behave you should be a gud behave . Then Same time he did start giving fake expressions . this behave i see first time in my life . This was my worst experience . The main thing is i would never prefer to visit on this place .
