We have order xl pizza with pineapple toppings on it, initially they didn’t add pineapple and when we asked for a new one they just add pineapple on the top. Its was supposed to be a new pizza with all the toppings we asked for, but eventually they didn’t and it was cold too.

When I visited this Pizza Pizza location, I noticed that there are two garbage bins placed right at the entrance. Almost everyone who walks in ends up touching them with their legs, which doesn’t feel very hygienic. I think it would be better if the bins were moved to another corner or away from the entrance area. Just a small change that could make the place look cleaner and more welcoming!

Easily the worst Pizza Pizza in Ottawa. Why is a small pizza with four toppings $30? And when I got home, the dough was raw, the plant-based pepperoni was uncooked and buried under everything, and the garlic base I asked for wasn’t even there. Never again🤮
Worst customer service I ever get in the pizza pizza store in 10 years. I reached 15 minutes before store closing and staff refused to take the order. There was a young guy who did not come to the counter to talk. He just stand at the back and talking from there. Then there head person came and start showing us the attitude and told us to leave the store as even store was not closed. I visited many pizza pizza stores but I never face that kind of services. It’s good for the authorities to make things better for the future.

Very disappointed with the service at this Pizza Pizza location. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not paying attention to customers, acted careless, and seemed like they didn’t want to work. No respect, no manners, and very poor customer service. Definitely not coming back to this store and would not recommend it to anyone.
