Every time I come here, the worker that has Beard and looks around age of 50 is rude and loud for no reason. He yells at customers over simple things and talks with a bad attitude. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m not coming back ever again. No wonder this location has 2 stars 😅 all because of HIM 🤣

Every time I’ve been to this Pizza Pizza location, the service has been uncomfortable, all because of one employee named Hashim. The way he speaks to customers is absolutely unacceptable. He raises his voice, talks aggressively, and makes people feel like they’re doing something wrong just by placing an order.
I’ve personally been yelled at multiple times for simply asking questions or confirming my order. No customer should be treated like that, it’s not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful and creates a really hostile environment.
It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even feel comfortable walking in if he’s working. Honestly, this location needs better management or at least staff that knows how to speak to people with basic decency.
Definitely won’t be coming back.

My friend had a terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza. The first time, they were served something that barely resembled pizza — more like cardboard with some sauce and cheese. They gave the place a second chance, hoping it was just a one-time mistake. But instead of being welcomed or offered better service, some guy named Hashem actually said he would refuse them service next time. Completely unprofessional and petty. If a customer comes back after a bad experience, that’s a chance to make things right — not to make it worse. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service.

They are incredibly rude. They behave appropriately with uber drivers and also other people. I was their regular customer but it will be the last time I was here. I read other comments and they evem try not to read them and just copy paste same message for everyone. They dont respect people ,so I respect myself with not buy from them anymore.

Today we visit this pizza store and we wanna order the pizza, when we ordered the pizza we just asked for the price of the small and medium pizza and the men, aged may be above 45 years old I think he works here everyday, he was so irrespective, so rowd, when we asked for the price he told is you should know about it before order. When we visit here he always in rowdy mood. Very uncomfortable person. We will always avoid this place now.
