Worst customer service I ever get in the pizza pizza store in 10 years. I reached 15 minutes before store closing and staff refused to take the order. There was a young guy who did not come to the counter to talk. He just stand at the back and talking from there. Then there head person came and start showing us the attitude and told us to leave the store as even store was not closed. I visited many pizza pizza stores but I never face that kind of services. It’s good for the authorities to make things better for the future.

Very disappointed with the service at this Pizza Pizza location. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not paying attention to customers, acted careless, and seemed like they didn’t want to work. No respect, no manners, and very poor customer service. Definitely not coming back to this store and would not recommend it to anyone.

I waited 45 mins for an order that was sitting there. He over looked my order twice then that cashier is trying to argue it’s on time? Buddy I ordered at 5:34pm and you gave me me my order at 6:55pm. That same order which has been there since I was waiting at your restaurant since 45 mins for cold pizza. I have to microwave this terrible pizza. Also, every time I have been there, this same worker has given me an attitude. I don’t know if he owns pizza pizza or what, he needs to be removed from this place or atleast retrain him You couldn’t even apologize. I waited one hour for cold pizza.

Instead of clarifying, the staff member responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He spoke in a disrespectful, aggressive tone and made me feel like I was bothering him just by asking. It’s not just this one time — he’s consistently rude to customers, and it’s honestly shocking how someone like that is allowed to interact with people. Disgusting behavior. Terrible experience. Never coming back.

HASHIM Rude Staff – Always Yelling
Every time I come here, the worker that has Beard and looks around age of 50 is rude and loud for no reason. He yells at customers over simple things and talks with a bad attitude. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m not coming back ever again. No wonder this location has 2 stars 😅 all because of HIM 🤣

Every time I’ve been to this Pizza Pizza location, the service has been uncomfortable, all because of one employee named Hashim. The way he speaks to customers is absolutely unacceptable. He raises his voice, talks aggressively, and makes people feel like they’re doing something wrong just by placing an order.
I’ve personally been yelled at multiple times for simply asking questions or confirming my order. No customer should be treated like that, it’s not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful and creates a really hostile environment.
It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even feel comfortable walking in if he’s working. Honestly, this location needs better management or at least staff that knows how to speak to people with basic decency.
Definitely won’t be coming back.

My friend had a terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza. The first time, they were served something that barely resembled pizza — more like cardboard with some sauce and cheese. They gave the place a second chance, hoping it was just a one-time mistake. But instead of being welcomed or offered better service, some guy named Hashem actually said he would refuse them service next time. Completely unprofessional and petty. If a customer comes back after a bad experience, that’s a chance to make things right — not to make it worse. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service.
