Male cashier dosnt know how to read properly! He did not care to read the receipts on the food that was ready on top of the oven, therefore leading to me and my boyfriend having to wait an hour after we had ordered for pickup online. When my boyfriend asked the cashier if our food was ready for the third time, the male cashier finally read the receipt on the one medium pizza properly and he gave it to us. First two times we asked him if our food was ready, he did not read the receipt properly, therefore making us wait so long when our pizza was ready the whole time and we waited for nothing for so long at the restaurant. The male cashier is always rude and dosnt care when it comes to proper adhering to customer service rules in their workplace. I like the food but I tend to avoid this place BECAUSE of the male cashier, I know other customers would know who I would be talking about.

The worst customer service. Pizza Pizza should provide them with some basic customer training. If no action is taken by the firm, these people will ruin the name of Pizza Pizza franchise.
Customer service has dropped to an all time low here. Please find another food option. There's better just steps away. Refuse to support a location that won't even give a basic cardboard tray for eating slices from a whole pizza your family just bought. The thanks you get for being a customer for 20+ years should at least cover the cost of two 20 cent cardboard triangles. My only satisfaction is making sure that's the last time they get my money ...and possibly yours.

Stopped in for a pep slice. Hot fresh perfect. Lots of pep, Cheese base good, nice coat of sauce not dry and perfectly cooked. I was very impressed for a pizza pizza. I think I will be going back to that location when feel like a pizza. Pizza pizza now a days hard to find a good one its far and few between. Great Job..

Usually they're pretty good here but I ordered something gluten free and they did not give me the gluten free version.Dietary restrictions: They have some gluten free food and I ordered the gluten free chicken bites. I clarified with the staff it was gluten free, who had no idea what I was talking about. They did not give me the gluten free version so now I'm sick.
Over charged me for a Panzerotti and it completely fell apart when I was eating it. Also kind of light on toppings. Normally these are good but something definitely went wrong this time.

I place an Uber order for a place called: “chicken chicken” with the address of this location. To my surprise at the time I received my order it was from Pizza Pizza place. All the food packaging was from Pizza Pizza and I was soooo confused that make me wonder if I took other person order. But no, it was my order. The quality that it was showing on the app have no comparison with what I get.The food quality was horrible and it gave me food poison.Try to avoid this location and also try to void ordering from Uber eats, they will scam you making you think you are ordering from other restaurant.
