Was recommended this place, food is great. Had poutine and a chicken burger. Love the outdoor environment, its great in the summer. There's a bit of a wait but the food's worth it.
I finally got to try this place for poutine. Our whole family, are lovers of poutine, and have eaten it all over the Ottawa area. To a person they say this chip wagon in the Canadian Tire parking lot is the best. I finally tried it out today, and it was terrific. After a few bites, you could tell this is not the traditional factory-made poutine. Been going to S&S for poutine for years. Though the cheese isn’t always super fresh (it melts a lot), the gravy and fries are delicious. Prices are fair. I’ve heard others say the gravy isn’t salty enough but I never had an issue with it.
