Amazing food and staff!Sansotei has been, and always will be, my go-to ramen spot in Ottawa!The food is out of this world, and the staff are super friendly and courteous.The portioning is always perfect, the soup delicious, and the noodles cooked just right!I highly recommend the Tonkotsu Black, this has been my go to choice for years at Sansotei!

The food was great! Usually love this place!Last time we went there though my wife asked to have hers packed up as there was at least half and some fried chicken left over. Turns out they threw it out and blamed it on the "new" employee. Didn't offer anything besides a lame excuse. Will not return to this restaurant.For better ramen and service go to ramen isshin

The ramen it's so good that I'm going back very soon. Staff was nice and fast. Everything is clean You need the vaccine passport and an some ID but is worth it. Better to call before going or make a reservation because it's a small place.
