The food was good, what you would expect for Shawarma. Customer service, friendliness and speed need improvement. We weren't acknowledged for several minutes while standing at the counter as they worked on delivery orders in front of us. Communicating with the employee's was difficult as they seemed more focused on fulfilling delivery orders.
Out of the many restaurants I have been too, this shawarma restaurant really stood out. I was especially pleased by the welcoming and the customer service Ali has provided. He was so nice and just took my restaurant experience to another level. He was really kind to serve a special way of making the bread by toasting it even even more on the grill, then adding some beef oil, making the dish look really appealing. I can see he is truly passionate about what he does and really puts in the effort to provide good customer service. Overall, My experience today was one in a while and I really thank Ali for his welcoming and caring customer service.
