I ordered the Subway Cold Cut Combo and I was extremely disappointed. The amount of meat was shockingly minimal, barely visible, and the sandwich felt more like a bread and veggie roll. For the price, this is absolutely unacceptable. Definitely not the quality I expected from Subway.

Friendly staff, super busy, rely guy staring at me. Don’t order the potato rings, why are they soggy and chewy? Bread was stale.

I ordered a sub and my birthday cookie. I'm positive the worker saw me click "no tip" and he scoffed and was rude and short with his "have a nice day". Workers get paid minimum wage, which is 17.20 an hour. If the owner doesn't pay his employees enough, that's not the customer's problem. Tipping is NOT mandatory. If I have to stand to order my food, I'm not tipping. Be happy you have a job. There's are plenty who don't have a job and can't get one. Not impressed with this location. I am posting on the day I ordered my sub. 12/07/2024

Come here once or twice a week in the morning. Wei is my favourite staff (yes I know their name lol). Literally the only subway in Ottawa I go to because of how they treat you. Kudos to ownership.

The Hudson Ottawa

Always come here before starting our shift! Very busy for dinner (which isn’t a bad thing) but we know the sweet spot right after the rush! Love the service and staff! They remember my order everytime and that makes me and my partner feel special!

Whoever is running this place, wow! Took our whole staff here during a late shift and they were still quick, efficient and more importantly courteous! Not always easy dealing with bar staff after a shift and they made it easy! Great job!

I think the night staff is not even seeing what people have actually ordered . The worst online order experience ever.. They have made the sub in such worse way that one wouldn’t even like to see it.

I never low rank any place but this place made me do it. I'm vegetarian so it might be different for others. I usually order footlong veggie patty what that do is heat the patty and put it in last after vegies that may be okay with everyone but if sandwich is not closing properly specifically for takeout, they should be arranging it properly. I told the guy on prep that it will open up and mess by the time I reach home and that happened. Also while taking order while selecting veggies he keeps speaking "and" after every veggie. It's not like that person was having bad day, because there were two other order before me and he was taking really nicely with them. I also work in customer front and at customer's house I never be rude with them no matter how bad the day is because it's part of my job. I am not random person to that store, most of the time I order pick-up and other time I do takeout by building sandwich in store. If the owner is reading this, your employees know who am I. and this whole complaint going to be in subway official complaint email or customer survey portal. It's my responsibility to let sibway know about it, I don't care if they don't read this. And also I don't care about money I usually tip people. But after watching that arrogant face and that attitude that he couldn't prove right. I don't think I can tip, also I know that your store is not running on my tip or my order still it's my duty to inform owner if I'm having any problem, specially when I had this experience multiple time. I never yelled at the employee and most of the time when I enter I have smile on my face unless I'm really tired. It's not about all the employee, but want every employee to know that people notices. Doesn't matter if they are from your region or not everyone deserves good service or atleast what they are paying for in right condition not the whey like you're just tucking everything. Subway calls you guys sandwith "artists" not sandwich stuffer. Yhe worst thing that happen for me is I have to stop coming to the store. As local guide I jave to make people aware that what king of service they can expect and this was my experience which is from last one year because I live nearby.

I never posted any review like this before but their staff(lady) need to know how to talk with their customers, too rude. This was my second time visit there but the lady full of attitude like the last time, she don’t even know how to ask customer what they want. It seemed that she was yelling at me while taking my order. It was totally disrespectful.

One star for the dirty bathrooms, no soap, filthy, and they block it off ao you can't use it. Won't be coning back.

Cheap with toppings, I had extra crispy onions and tandoori sauce and extra garlic sauce but they didn’t put any crispy onions and the amount of sauces were less than regular. Please change the staff or the owner as I just saw the same complaint in the reviews
