Ordered online, and employee acknowledged receipt of my order. At least 3 people walked in and the employee served them first. We waited for 20 minutes in the store before we got our order. When we got home, we noticed that our subs were not grilled or toasted, and we requested both. They were really soggy. My daughter never ate her bread because it was so bad and just ate the rest of it.
While waiting for my order, I also noticed that the coffee machine had a layer of dust on it, as did the napkins dispenser.
I would never recommend this location to anyone. I generally love Subway, but this location was bad!! 👎

This was quite a horrible visit.
For one, the lack of cleanliness with food crumbs everywhere on the board that they make the sub, and on top of that had a receipt sitting in the lettuce
They had 0 cash in the register to give me my change
This place use to be very clean and my main subway I would go to. Its a shame it's fallen so far from where it was.
I will not be coming here anymore.

Watched the employee use the same paper for every single order. Did not have my food ready at the pick up time requested (after ordering very early).
Did not have any bread other than white or whole wheat. (I had ordered the Italian herb and cheese and asked to substitute upon arrival)
After reaching out to subway to express my concerns (including ones not listed above), I received a generic apology.

I stop in to this Subway on a regular basis. I get what I ask for and the manager is personable and service-oriented. The place is always clean and that includes the bathrooms!
Parking: Parking is in front of the restaurant and its free. Never a problem getting in and exiting from the lot.

The young server here is polite, helpful, smart and efficient. We have different requests and he accommodates everything really superbly. The bread in this restaurant is very fresh. The cheese is also soft and nice. The meatballs are tasty. Cold cuts are fresh too. We also apply the 25% off coupon from the website. Really good deal. The place is small but cosy. Sitting by the window enjoying the sun is fun for the kids.
We will return. 5 stars.

I had a very bad experience at this location there was a miscommunication error on either mine or their part , regardless of the fault I tried to tell them we had the wrong sandwich. And instead of trying to solve the issue they gave me a hard time and we had a very angry exchange they might have not heard me correctly. But even if anyone is at fault it doesn’t matter who it was but there was no need to argue back and forth and make my experience bad . I was just trying to give constructive feedback about the way we had our order taken . There was not a good reason to argue with the customer and tell me that “ I am right and you are wrong “ I tried to explain myself but she insisted that it’s my own fault . In the future they. Should not treat customers like that . I feel very bad for anyone who feels bad I was just trying to explain the issue and I feel like I did not get the customer service that I wanted . Sorry to give the review like this but there is no need for getting angry at me for pointing out anything. Thanks
