We went later during the evening. Upon arrival there was two people appearing to be using the establishment as a place to sleep during the night . The staff behind the counter was wearing headphones and talking to someone on his phone and would not greet us or look at us . We were left standing their for 5 minutes before my Spouse asked if we could order, the staff didn’t answer and basically were treated terribly left confused and disappointed with this subway location .

I frequently face this problem in specific Navaho Drive store, Nepean, Canada. Worst staff with worst service I have ever seen. Upon placing my order, I noticed that the staff member who took my order began laughing and making derogatory remarks regarding my food preferences. Not only was this behavior extremely disrespectful, but it also made me feel humiliated and unwelcome in your establishment. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the image of your brand. Customers should feel comfortable and valued when patronizing your establishment, not ridiculed or mistreated. I also requested to change the gloves and that lady who was making my sub gave me weird look as I ask for something which she can't give.I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all staff members are trained in proper customer service etiquette. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with feedback on the steps taken to rectify this situation.Thank you

If they are open 24 hours, atleast there should be three people at front for orders at busy hours, they are saving money with 2 people but losing customer’s service !

Minimalist sandwich. “We only do standard veggie”says by their staff. (2 slice tomato is standard for a 6 foot). I don’t know if 4 spinach leaves are also their standard!

I'm a pretty regular subway customer but this location is really not a favorite of mine. The staff seem to not have patience with customers and I find they are really cheap with the veggie toppings even when you ask for lots or extra of a particular veggie.Go to the location on Greenbank near Hunt club. They are more friendly and make your sub exactly the way you like it!

I went to this subway location for first time but it was really amazing experience because staff was really supportive and polite. Rohit served me he was really good as he was answering me in a gentle way for each and every question which I liked a lot and there was one more girl she was doing great too but I forgot her name. I really loved the vibe there, I would definitely visit that place frequently now.
