I ordered basil with baby corn and what i got what a disaster to say the least. Super dry no sauce and no basil . The worst part was the noodle. I'm not sure how they even cook it. The paxkage was just full of dry noodle . That tasted terribel t say the least. It was so bad I end up throwing it .

Went into Thai Express this evening around 10:30 pm the restaurant was quiet. There was 1 young guy working (less than they usual number of employees for a busy dinner time) working on to go orders for Skip/Uber Eats etc.Anyhow he was very polite and efficient. They apologized for the short delay in taking my order and then proceeded to put it together for me without further delay. We hear a lot about younger people not wanting to work or not taking pride in their jobs, tonight was a great example of the young man working and delivering great service and food under pressure. The owners of this franchise should be proud of their staff.

Tom Yum chicken Soup DisappointmentI've been ordering here since 2017.My recent Tom Yum soup order fell short. The broth had barely any chicken—far less than usual. Disappointing deviation from their usual standard.Check to make sure you have a chicken in it. Mine had only 1/5 of what I usually had

Pad See Ew for the win!I go to Thai Express's all over town.This one is one of my favorites.The noodles are never dry and everything is always on point!The only place where "medium" is plenty of spice for me :)

Today 15 Dec 23 I order a Tom Yum mini & a general Thai pineapple with beef. When we received our order the broth of my soup was collected in the bottom of the bag & general Thai pineapple looked like dogfood & was unpalatable. The delivery person apologized & indicated that was how it was packaged. We will not be using that establishment again!

Thai Express have usually offered high quality food in different locations but there is something wrong with this branch. I've ordered on 2 separate occasions and both times the food either was not eatable or made me feel sick afterwards.I am contemplating whether to report this to related agencies. There needs to be an audit for the safety of their food.
