Went into Thai Express this evening around 10:30 pm the restaurant was quiet. There was 1 young guy working (less than they usual number of employees for a busy dinner time) working on to go orders for Skip/Uber Eats etc.Anyhow he was very polite and efficient. They apologized for the short delay in taking my order and then proceeded to put it together for me without further delay. Tom Yum chicken Soup DisappointmentI've been ordering here since 2017.My recent Tom Yum soup order fell short. The broth had barely any chicken—far less than usual. Disappointing deviation from their usual standard.Check to make sure you have a chicken in it. Mine had only 1/5 of what I usually had

Pad See Ew for the win!I go to Thai Express's all over town.This one is one of my favorites.The noodles are never dry and everything is always on point!The only place where "medium" is plenty of spice for me :)
