Worst experience at a Wendy's ever at Barrhaven location.
First the person on the speaker could be less interested in his job.
Secondly asked for Coke Zero because I can't have sugar and they couldn't be bothered to care. Passed out two cups, neither marked and then were annoyed when asked.
Spouse asked for no mayonnaise on his burger and they clearly just opened one and scraped it off.
It seemed not one person working there gives a crap about customer service.
