I visited this Wendy’s location and ordered a Dave’s Single with no tomatoes. Despite confirming this multiple times, asked for no tomatoes, my burger had tomatoes when I received it, before it was given to me the cashier took a look open the burger and took the tomatoes out with her bare hands, and the manager saw all this and didn’t do anything. I had to ask for a new one. The staff should pay a closer attention to special requests to ensure a better experience for customers.

The ladies (I believe one is a manager) working at the drive thru are consistently rude every time my family and I go. They rarely even say hello or acknowledge you, and nearly every time I go there is an issue with my order (like forgetting dipping sauce) and they instantly act annoyed and give attitude when kindly asked for a correction. No apologies or even a hint of kindness - they just stare at you, roll their eyes, hand you the sauce packets, and instantly close the window. In particular, the one female manager who seems to always be working the drive thru (was working sept 20 at around 4pm) is constantly forgetting parts of our orders, and is always very rude and treats us like we are subhuman. This has been making our Wendy’s experience very unpleasant, especially since we are kind and always greet her when she opens the window. We have been very disappointed with the service we have been getting for the past few MONTHS at this location. Very hopeful this will be seen by a manager and that changes will be made.

I visited the Wendy's in bar Haven recently and had an extremely frustrating experience. The employee at the counter struggled to understand my order, attempted to charge me double, try to give me items on my order that I did not want and became visibly impatient- raising her voice and ruling her eyes. As I tried repeatedly to explain to her what it is I wanted. It was not anything customized. It was just something of the menu. It got to the point where the gentleman behind me in the line felt compelled to intervene and try to help me explain to the young lady who's English or French were very minimal. I wanted to ask for a manager to clarify the order, but I didn't want to come across as insensitive, so we both ended up leaving both the gentleman and I without being served. It was honestly mind-boggling how little she seemed to understand, and the whole situation was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. I hope management addresses this, as it clearly affects customer experiences at Wendy's

I was there August 21 around 7ish in the evening Went to the counter twice to order sometime and the efficiency of the staff was very noticeable Nice job kids! OG service is the best

You just cannot beat their breakfast special deals... sausage egg cheese wedge fry wrap 2 for $4. If you missed this summer sales its your loss! Very tasty nothing wrong with a treat like this sometimes.
