On March 14th at 5:08pm we decided to place a delivery order that included a combo platter. When the order arrived the delivery driver did not have his debit machine, he mentioned he would go retrieve it and come back so we could pay for our order. Between the time it took for him to retrieve the machine we had opened the combo box that included chicken (photoed below). The chicken was completely undercooked and bloodied as well as the mozzarella sticks were overcooked which burnt and evaporated the cheese on the inside. When the delivery driver returned with the machine we showed him what he had discovered and payed - as the driver assured us we would be able to call the store and get a refund for the chicken.
We called back (as instructed) to let them know of the concerns and to request a refund for the chicken, the person on the phone was dismissive and said they would fix it (we were clear we did NOT want more chicken as we were grossed out and were expecting a refund was going to be issued to the original payment method). It wasn’t until the next morning when I went to leave the house, that I discovered a NEW box of chicken had been carelessly tossed by the front door. No one knocked, called or cared to understand that we did NOT want more bloody chicken, but a refund. I called back to explain the situation only to be told to call back AGAIN the next day to wait to speak to the owner. I did as instructed and calmly explained the issue only for the owner to speak over me in an aggressive manner, repeating over and over “there was no bloody chicken” “well I delivered more” “I am not losing money over this.” I understand mistakes happen however; the owner was extremely unprofessional, unaccountable, unaccommodating, rude and cheap! Save your money and go somewhere with better quality control and management - with tastier and well sized portions.

Ordered this place for pick-up plenty of times over the last couple of years. For the first time, ordered for delivery. 10 minutes post-delivery time with no contact, we called and were told the delivery driver had left 10 minutes ago, but had a history of having problems with his car, and they were going to talk to the owner about him. I live 6 minutes from Willy's. 20 minutes later (no exaggeration, have timestamps of call and driver's arrival), the car pulled up, dropping off a warm, uncut pizza, failing to ring the doorbell, and taking off without leaving the drink.
I feel like I was given the runaround, and I don't appreciate being misled if that was the case - if it wasn't, then why was my pizza floating out for delivery for half an hour, unprepared, and the drink wasn't dropped off. Things happen - Willy's makes a good pizza, but there are plenty of decent pizza places around.

It's been a few times now that we've ordered a pizza and some dipping sauces, only for them to stiff us on the dipping sauce. For the price you pay, they shouldn't be ripping people off the way they do. There are more accountable restaurants out there. Avoid this one.

Wow. To my new friend, Ali. (Afghan) It was a pleasure speaking with you today. He’s an amazing cook who you can tell is a well experienced amazing chef. His customer service was amazing and he’s an amazing man. I had a great conversation with him today and he was extremely welcoming.
By far. And I mean by FAR. The absolute best steak sub I’ve ever ever ever had. I have had steak subs all over the city and I swear to god nothing competes with the one I had today.

Last night we ordered the spaghetti special. We never received the drinks, but we decided not to bother going back to pick them up. The Spaghetti is awful. The noodles are like mush. It was so bad my son and I did not bother finishing it and my son asked me to never order from there again $30 something dollars down the drain. I do not recommend ordering the spaghetti special here.

Ordered delivery 3 large pizzas and called 5 minutes later to add another. Order was supposed to to arrive by 6pm, it ended up arriving at 7:30 with one pizza missing. When I called, the person said no problem we’ll send the one pizza that’s missing at no charge and apologized.
No later then 5 minutes, I receive a call back saying actually no you have to pay for it even though the order was more than an hour and a half late.
I had no problem paying for it but being an hour and a half late was unacceptable. One pizza was completely burnt, another wasn’t even sliced.
For $106 dollars I expected better quality and customer service. Be consistent with your communication and quality.

I've been longtime customer here and honestly I never had any issue. Tonight I just picked up large poutine. Im about 20 minutes away but I mind driving for a good place. Honestly the whole situation was off . Food wasn't ready on time had to an extra 10 minutes. The place was pretty quiet for Sunday night at 8p.m. One guy on his phone the whole time I was there and the other one barely acknowledge my presence. By the way the food was just disgusting. Old fries probably from few hours ago. I get it its Sunday night but you guys not even close the end of the shift. Stop being lazy and cook fresh stuff ain't that hard. It's very frustrating driving back and took couple bit chuck in the garbage.
