We ordered a large pizza special with 3 drinks and it got delivered extremely later than expected. The promised delivery time was 25mins on the online order confirmation. It took us calling them to even receive the order. We received theorder 1 hour after ordering and didn’t even receive the drinks. The owner, Sam, didn’t even take accountability for this mistake and blamed it on their delivery driver instead. Maybe look at yourself as an owner to own up to the mistake for your business and not blame it on your employees. He was also cutting my wife off when she called to ask about the drinks. Sam got all worked up and replied in a rude and unprofessional manner to my wife. Told us they can’t even throw in some wings for the inconvenience because they won’t make any money.
$50 paid for 1 pizza. What a ripoff! Running up the prices for nothing!
Never going back to this place. Unprofessional. Rude. And terrible customer service! Not recommended!

We found this place accidentally and first time around we had perfect service and all food standards and safety was followed. However, when we arrived today 10/08/25 around 19:20 the younger gentleman was wonderful as always, friendly, kind, always and I mean ALWAYS followed the safety and food handling regulations. Even today he was wonderful in all manners.
On the other hand the older gentleman working there today made me feel uncomfortable with food handling. After handling cash, receipts he proceeded to make food (salads and such) with bare hands and without washing them. I am ok with no glows of someone washed their hands but that was not the case. As he was making food, he kept whipping his hand on his pants (back side or just touching his clothes) and back to touching food (no there were no glows on that were changed or hands washed). I am now unfortunately will not be coming back and probably it’s not a big deal for the business but I thought I’d share my experience.

Not sure what is wrong with this location. They always forget the drink's. Pizza is never cooked properly. I'm done! I'll continue driving to the merivale location. Merivale store needs to train these guy's. I don't post reviews often, but today pissed me off. This location ruins the willys name. This is the absolute worst willys pizza in the city.

Absolutely awful experience — never ordering from Willy’s again.
The driver forgot part of my order, then casually told me he’d “be right back” to fix it. He never showed up. An hour passed, and I was told he’d bring the missing items when he goes home for the night… Are you kidding me?

Look at the fresh cut fries. Burned outside, uncooked inside. It’s an art to make fries like this 😂
Food took 90 minutes to arrive on a Sunday night in July (original estimate was 40 minutes). I had to call the restaurant several times to check the status. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm. In fairness to the restaurant, they did offer a $10 discount, but that hardly made up for the crappy experience.

Worst experience ordered off Uber and after waiting over and hour and half our food showed up Ice cold driver refused to take it back said it's not his problem and after calling the store to be told it's our fault we live to far why would you offer delivery to our adress if it is to far. This is by far the worst willys pizza in the city ruining the company's reputation
