This place is our absolute favourate, me and my friend come here all the time, the pizza is very good and cheesy, the service is the best and its just overall a great place. 5 star, would recomend 👍

Delivery service with UBER was good. The Canadian pizza was cooked only from the crust to half way down. Tossed most of a large pizza out. Not happy. I'm very. Reluctant to order from here again.

Placed an order over the phone earlier in the day and when my friend went to go pick it up, they made him pay for it again. Had to send proof of my credit card charge for them to refund him. In addition to that, had paid extra for chicken on a vegetarian pizza and they did not add it.

I am super new here, Went with google ratings, Ordered from uber, delivery was quick, but overloading pizza with so much cheese that you cant taste any other ingredients…bread was cooked well, but cheese just was just rubbery (may be good for people who just want cheese), had to throw most of it, may be good to eat at venue, not for delivery for sure, It was a waste of money. Poutine portion is extremely small for the price they are charging. There was only one layer of fries and the gravy was very watery.
Pizza was not cooked all the way through, dough was still raw.

I have ordered a few times for delivery from the Barrhaven location and the pizzas were always great. The other day I had some time to kill and decided to stop by in person for the first time. My daughter and I dined in and the pizza was amazing. We also had the pepper poppers which was delicious and crunchy. The person who helped us was very kind and friendly. If you have time to spare highly recommend to dine in.

SCAM WARNING: Something has seriously changed, and it is not an accident! $96 for two pizzas, $88 for two pizzas, and $106 for two pizzas, all when asking for the two three-topping large pizza deal (~$50 plus taxes). Abusive treatment when called out.I really don't know what happened. Over the last month, Willy's has gone from being the best pizza in Barrhaven (and a close second in Ottawa overall) to being little better than a scam. We're really sad, and worried that people are going to get cheated. We often order(ed!) from Willy's. For the past three years, they've been our go-to family pizza and movie night pizza.You order the two-pizza special, and when they deliver the total is twice as much as you were told on the phone. I would think this was an honest mistake, but three times in a row with an abusive call from the shop's manager makes us believe something is rotten in the state of Denmark. New management? New employees?Not only that, but tonight's pizzas were BOTH BURNT. Something is wrong, and the shop showed nothing but anger and abusive, rude treatment. Poor delivery driver; he was stuck between a rock an a hard place, with me playing the phone call back, and listening to the manager at the shop give me the gears for daring to point out that their pricing was wrong. Sad.I'll be posting the phone calls and Ring Doorbell footage to YouTube once I finish editing. A really sad loss for Barrhaven, and we will miss the awesome pizzas of the past.

Something has changed here. We absolutely loved the pizza here, until our last order. The last time we had pizza from here (about 2 weeks ago), the crust was hard and dry and not the usual amount of cheese that we were used to. Change in management or cutting corners?
