Recently, there was a mix-up with my order—there was a miscommunication with the front of house and another customer accidentally took it home—but the owner (great guy) went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they remake my entire order, but they also refunded me! Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, and the quality of the food is always amazing. This is why Tito’s remains my favourite pizza joint in New Hamburg!“
