I have eaten a truly horrifying amount of sushi in my life. I've sampled the wares of dozens of establishments. This is goooood stuff, very fresh, not doused in cheap sauces, flavorful and made with care. Show them some love!
Edit: coming back four years after my initial review to report that these fine people are still making some of the best sushi you will eat outside of k/w or maybe London. Whatever they do with their fish is truly next level, melt in your mouth stuff.
