This place is the only local place I know of that has the flavour burst ice cream machine and it is absolutely my favourite ice cream in the world. I’ve never had a bad experience with the cashier/server working there, always enthusiastic and kind. Prices aren’t too bad either! Only disappointing thing that happens sometimes is when the ice cream machine is down but that isn’t really anyone’s fault! I don’t live in new hamburg anymore but when I did it was definitely my favourite place in town. Wish there were more locations but I understand it’s a small business! Overall my favourite ice cream place for sure! Wish it wasn’t seasonal but again, it’s hard to keep it open year round since business is only high in summer.

They always have the most lovely, cheery girl working there. She is so hard working and genuinely caring. She is always so kind to my girls and of course makes the most delicious frozen treats. Her parents should be proud of how hard she works! What a treasure :)

Honestly, this place gets better and better every time I visit. Came here tonight with my brother and was not at all disappointed. Got a sour patch razzle with tropical orange ice cream and was blown away with the taste, as their soft serve is still my favourite. Best ice cream place ever. Thank again to the staff!
So bloody hot inside and doors open for flies etc.to get in. I asked for butterscotch sundae, as advertised on the wall, and was told they only have caramel, which of course isn't the same thing, and was told they don't have cherries. Also told no hot fudge. Seriously ? Girl friendly enough, but they still haven't taken down ads that have false information. Disappointing. Not going again. Will go to other ice cream store.
