The staff are super friendly, offering samples and helpful recommendations. The prices are fair for the portion sizes. Overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Drove half an hour for some ice cream, just to find out they close at 7:30 during March. Good thing they have great ice cream I guess lol

This place is the only local place I know of that has the flavour burst ice cream machine and it is absolutely my favourite ice cream in the world. I’ve never had a bad experience with the cashier/server working there, always enthusiastic and kind. Prices aren’t too bad either! Only disappointing thing that happens sometimes is when the ice cream machine is down but that isn’t really anyone’s fault! I don’t live in new hamburg anymore but when I did it was definitely my favourite place in town. Wish there were more locations but I understand it’s a small business! Overall my favourite ice cream place for sure! Wish it wasn’t seasonal but again, it’s hard to keep it open year round since business is only high in summer.

They always have the most lovely, cheery girl working there. She is so hard working and genuinely caring. She is always so kind to my girls and of course makes the most delicious frozen treats. Her parents should be proud of how hard she works! What a treasure :)
