Kate served us our lunch today. We loved the food and had a wonderful lunch. Clean place. Ample seating indoor and outdoor. Prices are in line with today's prices. Kate was very friendly, helpful and kind.

We just picked up a take out order from Newcastle House and while we love their food when we eat in, the take out has been inconsistent every time we order. We keep trying to get take out in hopes it would change but unfortunately today it still didn’t meet the mark. My husband’s sandwich is great but the fries for my daughter and husbands meals are undercooked. My beef dip was ice cold, it looks like it doesn’t have any seasoning on it and my onion rings were undercooked… both are now in the oven while they’re eating. A bit disappointing considering how expensive it is to eat out nowadays. The service as always was good.

I’ve been coming to The Old Newcastle House Taps & Grill for over three years now and I can’t say enough good things! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with that perfect small-town charm. The staff are incredible; they are fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Whether you’re popping in for a casual lunch, a pint with friends, or a hearty dinner, ONH never misses.

Just excellent..Friendly service, very quaint setting, the window seat we had was very bright and appealing. Giving a nice natural light even on a rainy foggy early spring day. The menu had some excellent choices and the description was definitely matched by the meal itself. A steak sandwich on a Chibbata bun. Real tender steak, real flavor. Highly recommended if you're ever in Newcastle, better yet make the trip to our town. Definitely worth the trip

True family vibe, the waitstaff is fantastic and treats everyone like an old pal. The food is fantastic and the beer is cold and cheap! Never had a bad experience and have been a regular for years. You can't find a better pub!

Dude my brother broke a shot glass they didn't care they just want to make sure you have a good time. I come here every week the staff is absolutely incredible the beer is cold and the times are good.

Been coming to The Old Newcastle House for a couple of years now and service and food never disappoint! Tanya is an amazing server, so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough if you’re in the area.

Smooth easy listening music in the background while I enjoyed the House Nachos a small appy, and great conversation with the staff. I’ll be back soon to enjoy this gem of a pub. Hats off to Tanya, CJ and Kevin. Thanks for top-end hospitality.

This place is as true to its name, newcastles best kept secret.. the patio is beautiful, very floral, almost tropical! The food is top notch, and service is impeccable! As I am a history buff, I asked the owner if I could check out the place with the kitchen upstairs, very gracious and showed me around. Its a smalll place but cozy and homey, tastefully decorated, Kevin took me up stairs and showed me where the magic happens! I was greeted by his kitchen manager, cejay and she took over the small tour, it's tight but clean, organized and tidy! Such a delightful individual!!

I was hesitant to go in as there were some bad reviews left lately, but realize that those people are wrong.. ignore there childish reviews! Will be back when we pass through again!

It wasn't busy. Took forever for waitress to come. Music was so loud could barely talk. Drinks took along time to get. Meal took a long time to come. Don't understand it wasn't busy. Waitress gave us our meal never came back to see if we need anything. Broccoli was so chewy you could barely chew it.
I thought she was more interested in chatting at the bar with the guys. Poor service . This was the second time we tried it. Both times the same.
