Lots of complaints....tonight tried to order a dark roast coffee and was told "we don't make dark roast after 4 pm". what??!! Stop advertising if you don't have! It's only available 50% of the time during the day too. put up a sign! serve your customers.
Absolutely disgusted with customer service this morning standing in line for a few minutes as were a couple others in front of me. we were all completely ignored for 3-4 minutes not one person said we will be right qith you, until I decided to pipe up and ask if anybody was working behind the counter yet to still be ignored 3 of us left and walked out the door! staff should be taught better!!!!
Had an issue with my new mobile Tim Hortons app. Turns out you have to make digital purchase of Tim card to active it on mobile app. Supervisor at this location was very helpful in getting my issues with it, and the tim card sorted out in just a few minutes. Thanks afternoon shift supervisor. 👍🙏

Jason, the floor manager, is noted for his incredible ability to handle busy rushes, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and helping staff whenever needed. Customers appreciate the freshly made food, the helpful and polite staff, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. The owner and staff are known for treating customers like family, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
