I loved the fact that when you walk in, there is a natural light element to the place. Have you ever tried sushi with plantain? This is definitely the spot for you to try. It was my favourite pick on the menu.I loved every bit of my stay there.

Went for the all you can eat. The food was great whenever we did manage to get some. There was quite the scene where the owner chased a guest who left without paying leaving the rest of the restaurant without a server and delaying food. Would not come back given the circumstances, left after 2 hours still feeling hungry.

I have dined around the world and have enjoyed Sushi and Sashimi for over 60 years including Japan, Hawaii and Vancouver…never has it been my misfortune to have such terrible fish, oversalted miso soup and shrimp. I ordered steak rare. I got a piece of overcooked shoe leather that had been defrosted in a microwave and over fried. It was totally inedible. The waitress never returned to ask if the food was good so I had to wait for her return 15 minutes later to send it back. At a price of 49.00 each this AYCE is grotesquely overpriced for the area. there are several really good Sushi restaurants in Aurora and Newmarket at half the price. Give this hole in the wall a miss! They’ve n idea what good sushi is.

Very good restaurant, quality of food is impeccable. Real brazilian food together with japanese food. We highly recommend it.

Slowest service ever. We never got a few of the rolls We ordered when we arrived at 7pm and we left at 945pm. The last order we made we asked for 5 things, We got 2. We got tired of waiting so we left. We had to ask for all the basic items like Wasabi, chop sticks, and napkins. I asked for water 3 times before I finally got it. Everything came in individual packages (including the napkins and wasabi) so much waste on the table that wasn't cleared away. Their sping rolls are basically "mozzarella sticks". If you go to this restaurant I would suggest to not do the AYCE, you get more attention from the server when you pay per item like regular dining.

Model pretty unique: 2 tiers of AYCE; some dishes included in the VIP tier but not standard; you can top up to get one serving of them. Also some items not in either AYCE tier (e.g. dessert, sadly)

This place serves all you can eat sushi - with a Brazillian twist; Brazil has the world's largest Japanese population outside Japan, so in light of that a Brazillian sushi place isn't that surprising. The model here is pretty unique. There're 2 tiers of AYCE, with certain dishes included in the VIP tier but not the standard one; you can top up to get one serving, which depending on how many premium dishes you order, may be cheaper than choosing the VIP tier. There're also some items on the menu that are not in either AYCE tier (e.g. deserts, sadly).Complementary bread with tuna mayo was good. Bread was crusty & tasty & the tuna mayo was great too.Ceviche was good: cubed sashimi with ceviche sauce on the side.Brazilian croquette came with 3 types of croquette. They were fresh, crispy & pretty tasty. The variety was nice.Brazilian cheese bread was cheesy dumplings. They were decent.Tempura shrimp had no sauce but they were freshly fried, crispy, bouncy & tasty.Atlantic salad came with hearts of palm & was pretty good.Beef on the stick was ok. Farofa was powdery with meat & bacon flavour. It was ok too. Fries were so-so - a bit undercooked & undersalted. The sushi itself was a bit uneven. Salmon sushi had dry rice, which was a bit sweet (there was white cheese on top?), but bland overall. (Salmon) skin had better rice but it was a bit mushy; at least the skin was crispy. Gunkan salmon was salmon topped with salmon, with cheese inside; decent. The hot roll was good: grilled salmon with cream cheese & some sweet sauce drizzled. It was crispy from being fried.Sadly their wasabi was super watery.

The Brazilian appetizers, like the croquettes and the codfish balls, as well as the Hot Philadelphia rolls and shimeji, were really great. Overall, I think it's a nice experience - especially for Brazilian expats that are feeling a little homesick.

Ordered from them at 1pm to have it delivered in Mississauga between 6-8pm, as per the instructions I received when I called. At 8:30pm, I call them to ask for an update on my order and vitoria tells me the order didn't go out to be delivered and that it had actually left 20 minutes ago. Note: I had to call them to find out of this mistake. Newmarket is 40-50 minutes from Mississauga so if they left 20 minutes ago, I decided to wait another 40 minutes. It was now past 9pm and I decided to call again to ask for an update on my order, which I had already paid, and they ignored my calls for an hour! At this point, my order was 2 hours late and I was not getting a hold of them. They finally picked up one of my calls and said they had to hangup because the driver was calling back: they never called me back. I honestly thought this was all a joke; I have had bad customer service but THIS level of bad service was a first. I tried calling again and this time vivian was rude and disrespectful saying I have to understand they're coming from Newmarket and the 6-8pm delivery window never existed because they can't guarantee the time the food will be delivered. I said the inconvenience they seem to be having to deliver it so far is not greater than my inconvenience from ordering it from so far because the quality of the food wouldn't be the same. I have to mention that when I said that, she said I must be jealous of their business. Lol. At 11pm the food had still not arrived and I finally decided to cancel my order and ask for my money back. I never received an apology from them. They decided to offer me 50% off my next order but I wouldn't trust their food even if it was for free. I have yet to receive my money back and will update this review once I do.

My friend and I came in today in the afternoon - the restaurant was completely empty. I asked the lady for the take out menu, thinking of getting a few rolls to go. After a couple minutes of me deciding on what I wanted to try, I asked the lady if I could order some sushi for take out. Her response was: "you want to place an order? Call us on the phone to order"... I got so confused and wanted to ask what difference that would make since I'm already here at the restaurant and ready to pay. Instead, I just stood there awkwardly, said "oh okay...," left, and decided to never try this place if they're gonna make it inconvenient for people to order food?
