Have been ordering from Chez Talal for years with no problems. Their food has always been tasty and fresh.
Tonight, for a birthday celebration, we ordered 12 skewer mixed chicken/ketfa - instead we got beef that tasted like it was dissolving and chicken shawarma that was dry like the dessert. The meat was awful and not what we paid for.
When they didn’t have the items we ordered, they just made (bad) substitutions without making any attempt to call us.
