Food is always hot, fresh and well prepared. All the workers are very friendly and respectful. I love coming here for lunch, I recommend!

Update:
I was asked to rate before I even got my order. My bad. Lesson learned.
Staff was nice. I specifically asked for no pickle so naturally they plopped a big pickle across the top of the bun. It was a take out order for husband so he ended up with a pickle flavoured bun.
Also he couldn’t finish what’s normally his favourite sandwich (Brisket) said the meat was beyond dry and hardly any sauce. Said it now reminded him of the same experience last time we ordered from this location. We’ll skip this place from now on.

While the placement of the lettuce was a bit awkward on my meatball sub, firehouse subs are definitely better alternatives to subway sandwiches. You could taste the premium/freshness of the ingredients comparing to subway.

Losing a star for the service because the store told me I cannot collect the reward ? the store is well maintained as a fast food restaurant.

This place is a rip off. They charge $4 more per sub then any other firehouse location. And portion size is extremely small. Won't be coming back ever , which is a shame because I love firehouse

Fast and friendly staff. Food was also delicious. Price was a bit higher than expected, but portions were good. I paid around $24 for a sub, fountain drink and chips.
