Just don’t.Sandwiches were slapped together, fries were dry and clearly had been sitting around. Deep fried pickles were burnt to oblivion.Just close up and call it a day.

Food is decent, but it was confusing to find as it is inside lone star Texas grill.Dietary restrictions: Halal chicken available

I ordered the food delivered. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches bons were greasy, and the chicken pieces were burnt and tasted bad. No dressing no sauce! Awful experience! Not worth a try!

Ordered 9pc strips and got 8. 3 dipping sauces missing. Ordered sandwich and got strips instead. Sauce is caked on leaving tenders all soggy. No thanks for a $60 meal. Fail.

The first two times I had Frankie's Hot Chicken I enjoyed it and highly recommended it however may last two orders have shown that things are going downhill. One of the biggest issues is the lack of Nashville style sauce on the chicken. The first couple times the chicken was completely covered in sauce but the last order there was just a bit of sauce applied to the chicken before the bun was put on leaving 80% of the chicken without sauce and nothing more than a chicken tender sandwich. When the manger at Lone Star responded to my critique she said the sauce was applied per specifications and tried to blame lack of quality on 3rd party delivery services. The chicken that arrives in your order will definitely not match the pictures from Frankie's social media pages or website. Come on Lone Star you can do better!

Ordered through uber eats, got the bacon cheese chicken sandwich with the spicy AF sauce. It was delicious, and truly spicy (habanero sauce, I think?). The chicken was crispy and the sandwich wasn't soggy or too greasy either. Would recommend, and would order again!

If you’re reading this you gotta get yourself some food from this place. First time having it today. Ordered from uber eats. The chicken sandwich, curly fries, and onion rings were all so crispy and good. We needed a place like this in newmarket. Definitely recommend it.

I had Frankie's chicken sandwhich and I will say I was more then impressed the flavor was amazing, the crisps was perfect, the choice of bun was just right. I will definently be ordering again and again my new go to chicken sandwhich joint in Newmarket keep it up Frankie's ?

Didn't get to try the food, waited 30 minutes (not 29) till I gave up.It was Thursday (not weekend), ordered 9 strips and a sandwich, the lady that took my order said 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I said that I can't wait any longer and wanted a refund and go, the manager said "sorry, we suddenly got busy" and gave me a refund. Also even though I did not get to try the food, I found it to be on the pricey side. The lady that took my order was nice, and I got the refund without a problem.

Tried the Nashville sandwich combo on Sunday for the first time after reading good reviews. The sandwiches were sopping in grease and there was no sign of any "Frankie's signature sauce" shown in the pictures. We live 40 minutes away and were prepared to eat in the car while it was hot, but they didn't give us any napkins to deal with the grease or forks for the slaw. The Lonestar restaurant was completely empty. I'm not sure why they don't set aside some tables for this to be eaten inside. Definitely won't be back.

Had a great experience with the hot chicken sandwich a year ago and never forgot how delicious it was. Chicken was crispy and source is very special. Ordered for take out lately and very disappointed, the bread is very very soggy even though it was freshly made. Will never go back again!

This was our first time here. We ordered the Nashville chicken tenders with curly fries, and the Nashville chicken sandwich. The heat was good, the chicken tasted good, and the curly fries were nicely done but small in quantity. The service unfortunately was a huge disappointment. We waited for a while and when the food was finally ready they realized they put the wrong sauce on the chicken, and then we had to wait again. We waited a total of 1 hour for our food, there was no communication during that time and they didn't provide any discount or anything. We understand that things happen but because of the lack of consideration for our wait it would be hard for us to return. Everyone's time is valuable.
