We often visit the Kelsey's in Markham and Newmarket. Generally we've had good experience and great food. This experience was much different. We ordered the wings with fries and the steak fajitas. The quality of the food has diminished quite a bit since our last visit. The fajita were for 4 servings yet the fillings provided were barely enough for 3. The waiter that was serving us was terrible, he barely stopped long enough for us to even say anything to him, and started to walk away before we had finished our order, we also had the worst coffee I've ever tasted thankfully, they took it off of our bill, but we really wanted to have coffee with our dessert, it tasted as though it was burnt. The server was fantastic and very personable and polite. The food as usual for us was fairly quick and delicious. Great for a family night out in an atmosphere where you aren't rushed orade to feel like they're just waiting for the next customer to take your spot.
