I ordered 3 Mighty box for 2 at this location and it was a complete disappointment. The chicken pieces were tiny, barley a bite of actual meat with extremely thick breading. The pieces were literally half the size or smaller than regular KFC chicken. This felt misleading and poor value for the price. I paid for the chicken and got mostly breading instead. Definitely not worth it, and will not be ordering from this location again.

Message for the owner. I see you posted how you now serve halal chicken. I suggest you focus more on customer service. Your employees have no clue what they are doing. For starters lets focus on training them on basic English. Second, they can't read a basic online order. Fortunately we checked the order and noticed 4 items missing. This is the last time i order from here. To all you KFC fans avoid this location at all costs. Hopefully this franchisee goes bankrupt and is replaced by one that upholds the brand quality.

The most creepy place. We ordered whole crispychicken paying a lot they gave us the old and very dry oen. We did the complaint and the lady said new one will also be same. They are not following KFC Policy and serving old not cooked well chicken. Moreover I took the Drink (7up) it was really tasting lik bleach. This is the worst KFC I ever visited. Please do not come here. They dont care about health and safety for their customers. Food and Health Canada should visit and take note of this loction .

I will never be back to this KFC location. My daughter and I went there and it was freezing in the restaurant (like they didn't pay the heating bill), the front door was sticking shut as if it was locked. Our chicken burger buns were stale and when we asked for fresh buns, they said that all their buns are stale. Also, our poutine tasted funny. Don't recommend them.
I been to this place twice in couple months. And both times was closed for maintenance. Is it coincidence or staff just wanted to close cause slow business. Never coming back again. Looking at the reviews below, glad I dodged a bullet.

Not only did we get the complete wrong order. The food was cold. It took over an hour to get delivered It was the worst KFC I’ve ever had and it took forever to get to our house. We live 3 km from this location. Very unacceptable. Never order from this place again.

This branch is terrible. The staff are disorganized, forgetful, and careless, and they behave in a very demanding manner. Please reconsider your staff selection and ensure proper supervision of the branch and its employees, especially the plump woman who is mostly at the register and seems to manage the others! Worst experience you will have here. It would be better if trained and more professional staff were used!

I waited for over 20 mins to try to make an order, and end up leaving this store without order nothing . I was the only person in line. Staff here don’t even want to look at me … like trying to avoid eye contact. And when I finally ask how long more I have to wait …. The lady told me I have to wait .. never happened in any other KFC location. I am a person with good patience and always try to understand others… but staff here are beyond …. They simply don’t care. … will never come back. 15:15-15:50. Nov 11th.
