Recently when I’ve been going to McDonalds at night, they have told me poutine was not on the menu at night. 2 nights ago I went on skip the dishes and saw it on the menu so I ordered it. I added one extra gravy, and was shocked when I opened the skip bag to gravy pouring everywhere. I opened the box and it was full almost to the brim with gravy. I posted the video and many people who worked at McDonalds said that this was malicious and more than likely they got upset that they had to make the gravy. This was at least 10 squirts of gravy. Skip only refunded me $4.40 while I payed $14.07 for the poutine. I wish I could add videos because the video shows the entirety of the gravy. This location needs to do better and certainly needs to fire some staff

miss a sandwich in my order. They gave me a code for a free sandwich. I came back next day and was told there’s no such code. Asked for a manager, manager said come back next time they will give me a free sandwich. Came today via drive thru, and they tell me I have to come inside to get the free sandwich. Ridiculous

Overnight manager Jen is very disrespectful. We waited 30 mins by the Intercom to order our food and did not want to serve me. I was on a motorized vehicle and told me she can’t serve anyone on a motorized vehicle, when I told her that other places allow it.

Washrooms are horrific. Not kept up at all. Floors and sink are filthy and the whole place smells horrible. Tables are sticky. Takes 15 minutes to get a simple order. When I got the order it was wrong and knife not provided to spread condiment on bagel. To fix the order took 7 more minutes. Observed no one comes to counter early in morning. You’re left wondering if you’re going to get served. Even using the self serve machine takes forever to get your food.

If you’re okay with someone grabbing your salad with bare hands and touching your cheese, meat, or eggs, then go ahead and get a burger here — because the staff at this McDonald’s don’t seem to know what gloves or tongs are. When I asked about it, the answer I got was, “We wash our hands.” Sure… as long as they didn’t pick their nose before breathing over your cheese meat salat or eggs.
Attempted drive-thru on lunch hour but had none of the items I ordered. Returned to work. Advised coworkers they had none of the items and they didn't believe me. They called location to find out and was unable to get any answers from the individual who answered. Very disappointing.
