We were craving Indian food and thought we’d give this place a try.
We only took out so can’t comment on the service/ambiance. The food arrived super hot and fresh and everything looked delicious. The naan was large and fluffy and the rice was nice and fragrant. Portion sizes were also not bad, although the chicken pieces were quite sparse for the price.
The food was a disappointment, unfortunately. It was SO salty. Like almost inedible so. All three dishes, the butter chicken, chicken labadar and the palak paneer were so so salty, and I am typically a fan of salty food. Even food others find salty I can enjoy but this was too much. I’m not sure if it was the chef on duty that night or if it was a mistake but we were disappointed. The flavours seemed good other than the salt but we were reaching for water constantly. With the influx of Indian restaurants in Newmarket, I hope this was an off day but I will likely be trying other restaurants in the future.
Our bill was around $80 for three dishes, rice and naan so we fill that it was not worth it both for value and quality.

Hung up on me
It's ok.
I ordered butter chicken, basmati rice and naan. The butter chicken doesn't taste authentic but, it's good. The restaurant is very hot no air conditioner. The service takes too long she said 15mins but, it takes longer considering I'm the only customer.

It’s a hit or miss tbh. The service is really slow even though there are not many customers in the restaurant. The food quality is hit or miss.

The food is exceptional and really well done. We ordered the paneer tikka, garlic naan and kadhai chicken. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavors were amazing. We asked for normal spice and it still tasted so good. Totally recommended!

I had tandoori chicken from Mehfill today, and it was extremely disappointing. The chicken had no masala, no salt, and no flavor at all. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she simply said, “this is how we make it,” and they were not willing to do anything about it. Both the food and the service were pathetic.

Delicious food with a value for money. Samosa Channa was awesome, as was Paneer Tikka Masala and Methi Chilli Naan. The Rose Cardamom Lassi was a pleasant surprise

Honestly the best Indian Food I have tasted. The food portions were generous (needed takeout containers) and the flavourings were next level. Definite value too. Atmosphere was authentic. Nice service. For a dinner for two, I highly recommend.
