I have to say the experience was great! The girl working there is extremely hardworking and super sweet with her customer service. The food was served really fast and tasted amazing. Definitely appreciate her effort and the quality of service — highly recommend this location!

Good food and unique menu. But this location only ever has one staff person -- they are the cook, cleaner, and cashier. So service is slow to very slow depending on how busy they are.

Had a very helpful staff member take a phone call on the night of September 9, 2025 around 7:30 to help with an uber order. They were incredible! This location will go above and beyond for you! Outstanding service, answered every question I had, solved every problem I may have in the future and was very accommodating. Thank you to whoever helped me.

First time I attended Meltwich Food Co
Restaurant and I ordered a Combo Philly Cheesesteak with Mushroom and Grilled Onions, Fries and Pop , The Sandwich was juicy and delicious and the Fries was fresh and gold color , I enjoyed my meal also the service was great and the Staff very friendly, I highly recommend

Good place to stop into to get a bite. Hubs had a smash burger and I had a Philly. Both were very hot and fresh. The poutine had lots of Curds and gravy, the mac n cheese bites were great. Best part was the friendly staff. Would go to again if in the area.

Janvi is very friendly and attentive. Vegan options are fantastic. I hope they bring back the impossible burger or some other good vegan burger option.

Tried meltwich for the first time tonight and was so pleased with the service we got. The young woman at the counter was eager to make sure we got exactly what we wanted from ensuring we were comfortable with the level of spice of my sandwich, added extra pickles right before our food was ready as we nearly forgot to ask, and even asked if it was ok to give our son a juice box “on the house”. Great communication and went above and beyond with service including plenty of ketchup and napkins without needing to ask. Food was great and very happy with our first impression!!

The employee was very welcoming and would check in with us to ensure we enjoyed our meal. Great experience overall.
