We have been loyal customers for years and this time we ordered the same order we usually get and it came looking different and had incorrect ingredients. We called to rectify the issue and all we were presented with was a free appetizer or drink. What a joke! They were not willing to compensate the order or do anything to keep us as customers so with that they have lost our business completely. Customer service is a disappointment.
This is my first post about Racism clearly brown is not welcome here. Brown people don't get a table here.
After waiting for 15mins for a table, I was told there is not table for you. I could see guess going in and other non reservations folks getting in (just different race)
Really disappointed that I had see with my small kiddo.
10 mins to answer the dams phone, then the lady gave me the attitude when I started placing my order, like it was food they’re giving away for free!
I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but I think it’s time for them to see who’s answering their phone and get rid of her!
My call was at 3pm on Saturday February 19th, 2022. What a shame, spoiling your customer experience because of an angry employee? Never ordering here again.
