We have been loyal customers for years and this time we ordered the same order we usually get and it came looking different and had incorrect ingredients. We called to rectify the issue and all we were presented with was a free appetizer or drink. What a joke! They were not willing to compensate the order or do anything to keep us as customers so with that they have lost our business completely. Customer service is a disappointment.

Big fan of the Aurora location, unfortunately this location is absolutely terrible when it comes to service and delivery times. We were double charged on one occasion and ended up paying an extra $93 which they wouldn't refund. Decided to give them another chance because the sushi itself is good, but they delayed the order over and over, it took literally 2 hours when the original estimate showed 20 minutes. Will never order from here again, what a shame.

Was a frequent customer but i guess today is the last time after already giving second chance last time. Got charged full price after I cancelled my order in less than 5 mins. After that, i still decided to give them a chance and order again because i love the sushi from here. Unfortunately, how they treat you as a customer is horrible and unacceptable. This time today, we ordered through uber eats and our order supposed to be here in 50 mins but instead the driver kept waiting for the order which they didn’t even make 2 hours after ordering food. Absolutely ridiculous. I would drive extra mile to go Minami in Aurora to get a good experience and quality sushi.

I had been going here for ages but I am so disappointed after tonight's order and I won't be back. The sushi rolls are completely falling apart and difficult to eat. The Bulgogi Gyoza is an absolute waste of money. A huge price jump from regular gyoza for a sprinkling of inedible meat. This was extremely disappointing

Has the store changed its owner? I have been ordering food here all the time, but the Sushi I ordered yesterday is smaller than the previous one, and I forgot to give me Soup and salad.
We love Minami, we’ve been going to their Aurora location for years and when they opened up their takeout spot around the corner from our house in Newmarket, we couldn’t have been happier.Now we order every time we have a special occasion, and Mother’s Day yesterday was amazing thanks to our yummy dinner from Minami!

We actually dined in though it’s mostly a take out restaurant. The staff/ chefs were extremely friendly. We were blown away by the incredible service and the high-quality food! The portions were extremely generous. Will definitely go back! They’re open late too: another plus!
Dietary restrictions: We asked for no dairy and no onions. It was no problem for them. Friendly and extremely accommodating.
Parking: Located in a plaza. Parking was no problem!
