Open at 10am saturday got there at 1130am store is locked I was the first customer of the day . served stale bread he just put some in the oven not ready for 11am counters had leftover lettuce from the day before. Couldn't eat my sub when I got home just grossed out from the experience stay

Used to be really good until they did the remold and got new owners/staff. Went there last night. The guy behind the counter hardly spoke to us, had an ear bud in and was talking to someone in thejr language (im not a racist but have some respect, when a customer comes in speak to them and get off the phone. I dont care what nationality you are) i asked the guy to clean the the grill before putting my sub on it etc he ignored me (not surprised) then we get home to eat, ordered 3 subs... 2 white and 1 cheese. The cheese was fresh and soft and grilled.. pretty good except for the fact that it had black specs all over it from not cleaning the grill... the 2 white subs... the Assorted was meh cause the bread seemed overcooked but wasn't horrible.... now onto the pizza on white.. all it had was cheese meat and sauce (how we always get it) put it in the microwave to heat up on 45sec (which is what they do in the sub store) took the sub out and the top was all flaky and then ends were hard... mr sub has been around for YEARS. I've never had issues like this up until the last few years... get your stuff together.. almost 60$ for 3 subs and 2 drinks, and all 3 subs had an issue with them... unbelievable

This is about the third time at this loccasion. Customer service was terrible. The lady asked me if I could wait 10 minutes. Because she was doing another order at the ice cream bar.After waiting 15 minutes. She comes over to make my sub and was constantly looking at the clock. And I wondered what was going on. But anyway she made the sub then I said don't bother Putting it in a bag, I'm going to eat it here. She said oh, we are closed. I said it says you're open until one, oh, not tonight. We are closing in 10 minutes and proceeded to kick me out.After I waited for or you for 15 minutes you kick me out If you would have made my sub when I got there I could have eaten inside.Also this location says it's open till 1am ??

I order food and specifically asked for no veggies and they sent me this. Completely full and soggy with veggies and made badly. My son couldn’t eat it.

New owners took over this shop in July 2023 and it is a big and positive change. They are always pleasant and welcoming. they recognize repeat customers and always thank the customer when they make purchase. The quality of the subs is excellent, and the staff actually listen. The workers are also the owners so you do not have to deal with some ignorant and uncaring part timer. I hope that their success is enormous

The shop was taken over by new owners in July 2023 and they have really made a positive difference. They are friendly happy people who work their own store, so you are never dealing with a disaffected teen who doesn't care about their work. Service is quick, the subs are excellent and the people there make all the difference.

I got a milkshake it cost $9 for a medium and was a 95% milk 5% ice cream. milkshakes should be 50/50 milk and Ice cream. They should be thickIt was like drinking a glass for 1% milkIt was Like it was the 1st time to make a milkshake with all the mess on the counter.This place is a ripe off I will not be going back!
