Awesome Indian food and great atmosphere. Where many places now feel cafeteria-like with bright lights and hard chairs, Dawat's has a cozy feel. Think English pub meets Indian dining. Great selection of domestic, import and craft beer on tap. Food was fresh and fantastic. Easy to find and lots of free parking (huge parking lot behind Moxies and across from Tim Hortons). This restaurant was not only a delight for the food, but the service was personalized and second to none. It was incredibly fresh, with lots of suggestions from the owner. Made on-site at the time you order, it's cooked to your exact specifications. The smell of delightful spices guides your way up the porch into this century old home.Plenty of parking at the back.
