The staff are very kind and friendly, and they always work quickly to serve customers. Even when it gets busy, they stay organized and do their best to prepare and serve the food as fast as possible. Their positive attitude and efficiency make the experience much better.

Love the food! Fries were amazing as usual. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the new cups. I get they don’t have a plastic lid but I really don’t like drinking with a paper straw so I usually just take lid off and drink with out a straw but these cups make it difficult to do that. Love the idea but the design needs work or option for old cup with no lid maybe…

Fries were too hard for the poutine. They should not break in half with the fork when using a fork. I love New York Fries but twice now the fries have been over cooked for the poutine. They are better softer.
