The pizza crust is buttery, crispy, and flaky. Sauce is on point. Cheese and toppings are fresh and delicious. My pizza was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent.

Both of my sons and I have always enjoyed Palace Pizza. Under new ownership, the top notch quality of food remains, and the artwork and ambience is terrific. We'll be back again and again.

We ordered lasagna with garlic bread salad and a couple drinks.told them we are in a hotel and need cutlery.
They come with no pop no cutlery and garlic spread.
O and by the way lasagna is not made with noodles and tomato sauce with cheese on it

Ordered the "Chicken nuggets and fries" which cost me $18.95. after around 20min I asked where my food was and I was told they forgot. They said sorry, put my food in, and offered me a free drink. After another 20min my food came out and this is what I was served. I politely asked for a full refund as I was appalled by the lack of service and value. The women at the register called her manager and told me she could refund me $4. I again asked for a FULL refund. She then gave me $15 and as I was leaving asked for the food back. I gave her the box and went on my way.

I ordered food that was 18$, and it took them 40 minutes to make 6 nuggets and 15 fries (was not even fresh, it was frozen. I asked for a refund, they offered 4$ to make up for it.

This legendary pizza spot is such an amazing institution in Newmarket. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years now and the pizza is still amazing with even a few more great options.

The pizza is great, the spaghetti and meatballs are treat, and the butter chicken pizza is just so good.
