Pho Fusion is some of the best pho I’ve ever had. Better than any I have had in Toronto. The fresh rolls are actually fresh and made to order because the meat inside them is hot!The broth is very authentic, tastes like beef broth with ginger and onion - not like beef powder like other places.The value for your dollar goes a long way here, for $22 I had a very healthy filling meal. The restaurant was so clean, the staff were pleasant. The food, oh, the food was spectacular! We both had the chicken Pho, and portions were huge. We have been searching for a new Pho place as our local closed down. Well worth the 30-minute drive, we will definitely be going back.Added bonus plenty of free parking.
