Ordered a large pizza for 4 people. It was cut into 11 slices, 10 tiny slivers, 1 normal slice. Most slices had barely 2” of crust, and everyone was still hungry afterward.
When I complained, the worker offered a $12 credit, which I didn’t accept — I expected at least a replacement pizza. He said the owner would call back to fix it… never did.
This isn’t “artisanal” or “hand-cut.” It’s sloppy, careless, and completely unacceptable. Photos speak for themselves. Never ordering here again.

The pizza is really good, but we've ordered delivery about half a dozen times now and it almost always arrives cold. We have complained about this in the past and received no response. It's unlikely that we'll order again, which is a shame because the pizza really is delicious, but not so much when it's stone cold.

Very hit or miss here. If you decide to create your own expect to be disappointed. I ordered a thin crust. Decided to go Gorgonzola as you can see so minimal. Sick of paying extra for less. Even ordering a thin crust that is less product correct? No discount in that but barely put any cheese on it. In past pizza has arrived cold. Call to complain and get hung up on.

The staff here are outstanding – especially Bavi and Julian. They always greet me with a smile, take care of every order, and even handled my last-minute large orders quickly and delivered them on time.

The restaurant is always super clean, and I’ve heard this location is ranked as one of the best Pizzaiolo restaurants in Ontario. As a proud Newmarket resident, I feel lucky to have such a top-quality pizza spot in our town.
Big thanks to Pizzaiolo Newmarket for staying open until midnight on weekends. In a place where most restaurants close by 9pm, it’s such a relief to finally have a late-night pizza option in Newmarket. Keep up the great work!
Terrible pizza, ordered 3 different pizzas for a party, definitely one of them was spoiled, threw it away, the other two were very low quality, like frozen pizza. Not recommended.
