Didn't like this location, not very welcoming, my meal was the smallest portion so far from any Popeyes and not sure if it was the manager himself with his partner that was serving.

Bought a three piece combo (order number 144) from store 11602 on November 1, 2024 at 2:53pm. Was asked if I was ok to wait 2mins for spicy chicken to be ready. Happens often enough to me so I said sure. Got my meal and ate it, was the only thing I had eaten between then and 6pm and within those 3 hours literally have never felt so sick in my life. Ended up throwing up the entire thing and oddly enough was perfectly fine after doing so. I don't know why it happened, (obviously food poisoning but I know they are following a guide on how to make one of their generic combos) or if anyone else got sick that day but basically turned me right off going to any Popeyes, let alone any chance of me going back to that one in the Giant Tiger Plaza in Newmarket.

worst popeyes experience ever. i ordered two spicy and two mild chicken, it took me almost an hour to get my order. the staffs don’t know their way around and customers are piling to get their orders.

The staff are very rude and the service is so slow. They have no energy to work. They always say they don’t have a specific item but really they just don’t want to make it because we watched them make the same item for Uber delivery that they said they didn’t have. No manners the cashier is busy looking at her phone instead of serving customers.

First time eating at a Popeyes - enjoyed it more than the chicken at a A & W / McDonalds etc. Will definitely try it again in our travels. Service was fast and friendly. Establishment was clean.
