Read a lot of bad reviews which makes me hesitant to try this location. Should have just went to the Aurora location.

Had to give one star, because the hours posted on Google are a lie. If you can't get that much right, I think it speaks for itself. I wanted a late night snack around 10pm. Hours say open until 2am. Went to McDonald's instead :(

I don’t think they’ve ever gotten our order right. We order in then take it to leave. And when we go back to pick up what we paid that they missed they provide no compensation or real apology except making you wait longer because food isn’t ready. We keep trying but we’re over ordering here. I’d rather drive farther for somewhere that gets our orders right, because we probably be eating faster and not wasting our time or money.

We order half and half for chicken. They gave next to nothing for the spicy pieces while they gave massive chicken pieces for milds. Bad portioning.

Plus don’t trying calling. Their phones are turned off or on mute so they won’t answer anyways.

Uncooked chicken arrived from an Uber Eats order. Disgusting and food safety concern.

Terrible customer service and extremely unhygienic. I politely asked for a couple of extra ketchup packets and the staff responded very rudely, saying “you already got four” with a bad attitude. The place looked dirty, and what shocked me most was that the same person handling cash at the computer was touching food and serving customers without gloves. When I asked him to use gloves, he replied sarcastically: “What gloves?”

- Fries were soggy
- Onion ring batter was bland

Restaurant was clean and service was good. Just need to work on food quality.

Ryan is an excellent individual who assisted me with my order and provided outstanding service. I would like to make a small request to the management committee: having additional support during night shifts would be beneficial, as it can be challenging for one person to handle everything alone. Overall, it was a very good experience.
5 Star to Ryan but 4 Star to Management.
