The rolls here are great! My friend and I came for lunch and ordered a few different rolls (Green dragon roll, sweet yam roll, avocado cucumber roll and a lunch special (Dynamite+California roll, I think?)) and we were stuffed. Even though it was a little bit busy the server was kind and helped us decide on our order. I would definitely come back here again in the future.

Recently went here with my family (including my toddler) and had an amazing experience. The food was all excellent and the timing between dishes was quick. The server (Ruby) was very attentive and took great care of us.
An especially nice touch was the mini sushi (strictly egg and veggie, for safety) the owner made for my son to enjoy. He was extremely happy to get the same food the adults were eating and it made his night.
The atmosphere was also quite nice. The other guests were friendly and understanding if my son made any noise. Overall an excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for sushi and rolls in Newmarket.

My wife and I tried this place for the first time, since we were in the area based on the previous reviews.
We ordered the edamame to start with Spicy salmon rolls, spider rolls (crab tempura), shogun rolls (shrimp tempura) along with Spicy beef bulgogi.
It's a small dining area but the service is fast and they are very attentive and polite.
We were greeted and seated quickly, after we ordered, we received a miso soup each and a fresh salad.
I then inquired about the free veggie rolls (if I ordered $40 or more which we did), however it was an online only deal. To our surprise, they brought out the veggie rolls anyway and didn't charge us for it.
The verdict, everything was so tasty and delicious. Side note:the rolls were very big and we realized that we ordered too much and ended up packing up half of the meal and taking it home. Not upset about that, but definitely should be aware prior to ordering.
We would definitely come back here again!

I trusted the owners(Jun and Kim) of this establishment by sharing something of mine, expecting it to be returned on time. However, that promise was broken, and my balance was never restored. Can people who are this dishonest really serve food with integrity? Because of this, my life took a major turn, I lost my appetite, and I ended up living far away.
If you ever visit this restaurant, please tell them to return what belongs to me and to cook with honesty.

My friend and I came to SHO Sushi and it was fantastic, the service was fast, the food was delicious and the vibes were excellent. Scarlett was out waitress and she was so kind and sweet. I would definitely recommend coming here!

This is the first time I am editing a review. But I went here again and have to drop the 5 stars to 2. The sushi rice was so over boiled that the rolls could not stay together. All the rolls had a lot of weird tasting sauces. Such a shame since last time I went was really good.

The resturant vibes is incredibly chill and relaxing while the sushi is delicious and absolutley massive!!! This was the most satisfying sushi i have ever had in forever! The service is also very welcoming and kind.
