My application wasn't working and having difficulty logging in to reload my card.The server was incredibly patient and understanding, not only giving me the time to fix the issue, but at one point even offering to cover the difference and not expect anything in return.She wasn't doing it to hurry me along, I was the only one there, but just because she was very nice!!!
The staff are always extremely friendly and I've never had an issue with my order.I wish there was more room for sitting arrangements.The Starbucks is connected to the Chapters so customers on their side plus Statbuck's patrons make it very hard to find spots to sit.

What was once a daily stop pre-Covid is now an occasional treat.
