Everytime I order a box meal on Uber, they take twice as long to make it and ALWAYS forget half of the order. And the items they do remember are stale and missing most of the ingredients. Every time I ask for a large drink, they give me a medium.
Replace the whole staff, the roaches under the store could do a better job.

This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been at. They tried to sell these fries as a nacho fries supreme for $5 additional dollars to my combo. This looks nothing like the advertisement and I had to ask for my money back. I will be reporting them to Taco Bell corporation. How in the world are they still in business????? Please don’t ever go there. I had to ask for a refund.

I was very disappointed with the service in this store. I am gluten free. I googled gluten free items at taco bell. I asked the server questions every question I asked she didn't know. I asked her to please go and find out. Finally I asked for the manager thinking they will know more. The manager was completely rude. She did not know anything. I tried to speak to her and explain that the site had said the hard tacos are gluten free. She was talking on the phone and the employee totally ignoring me I tried 4 times to explain. I had my money returned to me and left. I think they need to gain more knowledge on what they are serving.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit worried about coming here after seeing all the bad reviews but I visited on Sept 2 for a late lunch, placed a pretty large mobile order of tacos, fries, nachos, burritos...and everything was super fresh, very tasty like old school Taco Bell. The wonderful lady who brought me my order was very friendly. No issues, I recommend using the app for sure.

Just got a gordida. Was made TERRIBLY. Wait took 15 mins in the drive through, the actual food was disgusting. There was 99% beans and nothing else. I’ve gotten a gordida many times and this has been the worst. My sisters fries supreme was made with quite literally 10 fries. All sloshed over the sides. For $25 I’m eating actual garbage. Terrible service, and terrible food. Do better.

The absolute worth Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We went to the drive thru and we were directed in broken English to go inside and order because….? We went in to order and the lady working at the cash had zero manners/people skills. After we ordered there was another person who had already ordered in front of us and had to get a workers attention and break up the social party that was going on in the back to bag his fries that had been sitting out beside the rest of his order so he could leave. While the workers were making our order we noticed many not using gloves or only using them on one hand. The lady bagging the food also openly sneezed in the prep area. Our order came after 8-10 more minutes and we left. 2-3 minutes down the road and we realize the fries were cold like they had been cooked 20 minutes earlier and the zinger sandwich we ordered had a paper thin slice of chicken in between all the breading and lettuce. We couldn’t go back to complain because we were running behind on time to get somewhere. Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Worst $37 I’ve spent.

I got this from uber. It took 50min to make a couple of regular soft tacos to even be ready to pick up. The tacos came VERY cold and a tiny amount of filling to the point where it was almost all tortilla. I work in the food industry and I've been on the other end with uber and I can assure you it was not the uber driver that took that long. Didn't get any hot sauce too that I ordered. Highly disappointed.
