It's Taco Bell. Food was consistent, but service was extremely slow and disorganized.

The staff was incredibly friendly, cooperative, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The environment was spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and of top-notch quality. Overall, it was the best dining experience I’ve had at a fast-food chain. Highly recommended!

The food was under portioned and not cooked completely. They are also turning away high school students for absolutely 0 reason I watched countless teenagers get turned away for simply no reason. As an adult this is heartbreaking because I remember loving getting lunch with my friends. This is also a violation on the human rights code discrimination against people based on their age. Very disappointing will
not be returning.

Don't go to this place food was salty and the chicken was in such small pieces all the drinks are always watered down not the same chicken I use to eat and store needs renovation
Long wait time with only one other customer in line. I ordered a Meximelt and it was cold....wasent anyting like what a meximelt should be. Huge turn off. Not like it ised to be.

Disgustingly dirty
My husband and I went to the Newmarket location, and have given them multiple chances, as we understand that everyone has a bad day. But each time we go ( and we only go when in town because we live in sutton and it's a 40 minute drive) it gets worse. Starting with never a clean table no matter the time of day. I walked into the washroom and walked back out because 🤢. The floors in the front might have been swept last night. And the overwhelming flies at the pop machine that's just not right. we say a worker walking around with her cellphone but never saw her go near a sink to wash her hands but did see her make food.
When we got our order our fries supreme, we stone cold, my husband brought them back and ask for new one, which is what they did for us and will give them credit for that. The toppings were small on them tho and my husband questioned whether there was beef on them. My cantina chicken crispy taco was broken in pieces, the cheese on the outside of the taco was on the wrapper not the taco, the chicken was hard and looked like it had been in the warming tray since this morning. Disappointed would be an understatement. My husband had a steak burrito and when he was halfway finished it he found a few pieces of steak, his words " yay a bite of steak in my steak burrito."
To say the least our monthly Newmarket run will not include taco bell anymore, we will just have to find a new stop for lunch, which is sad news because we used to love it!

Luckily the food is still good because this place is a disaster, today they asked drive thru people to come in and order as a manger and two employees were all talking and discussing something loudly. If you need to have a meeting, it should not be in the dinning area and you don’t do it during a busy time. Waited longer than usual to order / get food and also saw Door Dash driver walk away because they didn’t have the food ready, was it because the tablets weren’t on because they turned them on in front of me. Building is run down (inside and out), chairs are all broken, this restaurant needs a renovation badly as it hasn’t changed since the 90’s. They are lucky they have the customers that they have. This location has so much potential that’s being wasted.

If you order on person or thru uber eats chances are you will have cold food missing items and a general poor quality. Iv tryes to come to this location several times over several years and it is universally garbage almost every time

Their Drive through is pointless as it takes longer to go through drive through than it does to simply walk into the place.

We ordered a large lunch for an office of 10 pple. Everything was ordered online and an Uber driver dropped the order off.
Not only did they forget an order, they were so rude to us when we called. They accused us of lying and did not offer to fix the issue at all.
Super disappointing and we won’t be ordering from this location again. Note to the store customer service is very important.
Edit* the store was kind enough to credit our whole lunch. Thankfully, although something to take away… TRIPLE CHECK ALL ORDERS.

Horrible service. Can barely understand the workers through the broken speaker (English and tech wise). You are rushed through your order and not given any time to speak even when it's not busy. Food is okay at best. Inside is dirty. This location is so poorly managed and they clearly only care about saving money and not serving a product.
