The drinks didn’t taste as good as other The Alley branches I’ve been to, and the quality was noticeably inconsistent. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem welcoming or friendly. Definitely not the experience I expected from this brand.

We went to the Alley for the first time today, and it was magical. I had a crunchy brown sugar milk tea, and it was prepared perfectly, with crunchy butter crisps, brown sugar for flavour, and tapioca pearls for joy. Yum! David described a number of options to us as we perused the shop for the first time, he was very helpful, and his friendly demeanor will keep us coming back again and again.

Only one person at the counter, very slow and the waiting time is unreasonable. After waiting in line , they always missing some ingredients to make a drink

Whatever you want to order they always dont have. 😕 Many drinks to order in their menu but few drinks are always available. They should put it in their menu not available on their list so the customer will not wait and go in the long line 😣

Spent the day shopping with my girlfriends at Upper Canada Mall in NewMarket and stopped by The Alley at the food court for a treat. I ordered my fave Deerioca Ube Taro (large) and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious! 💜 Quick service and super friendly staff made the experience even better. Always a must-stop for bubble tea!
