The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Newmarket

Took too long to get my order. When I did get my order, it was a joke for prime rib dinner.
Will not come back here , even if it's for free. I'm done with the Keg......

Worst experience ever .... made 630pm reservations for my Dad's 75th Birthday. Was there for and hour and a half and served 1 drink ... wrong drink at that ... but 1 drink..... asked for bread over 6 times ... nothing ... finally had the leave with my son as this was becoming a complete joke .... when I came home and called to speak with the manager (Haliey) ... her response was your table is eating now .. WELL ID HOPE SO AFTER THIS LONG.... it's not very hard, when reservations are made and your restaurant is at the max the servers n kitchen can handle ... stop being so money hungry and keep seating customers. Waste of time and energy. You definitely don't get what you pay for at this location. Keg is definitely NOT what it use to be. Wouldn't even entertain this restaurant.

My mom and I dined at the Keg Newmarket on December 23rd and was served by Jayden. He was very professional, well mannered and attentive. He made my mom’s birthday dinner extra special and treated her so well. Thank you for the excellent service Jayden!

Me & my husband were at Newmarket the keg tonight. Briana helped us a lot, we appreciate her to offer cinnamon orange with tequila to us, it was great experience. The meal was wonderful as well.

i am a single mother. Yesterday I brought my daughter here to celebrate her birthday. The food was delicious, but my daughter was very disappointed because when they brought out the birthday cake, they weren't with her and sang her happy birthday song. She had seen them singing happy birthday songs to other people before. I was disappointed when we came to order food and pay like everyone else, but it was not fair.

We had a lovely dinner here as we celebrated my Birthday! Food was amazing, our waiter was very accommodating with our toddler.

The only thing that I want to bring to the restaurants attention was that at the back of the dining area it was incredibly warm!!! There was an ambiance fireplace going as well, and at the end of the dinner we were uncomfortably flushed.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. Service was good but the food was terrible. Tasted like they accidentally drooped the salt on my chicken then said “ah it’s fine”. Tried to contact management to talk about it but wasn’t handled very professionally. I’ve heard from others that too is going g downhill at this location. It’s sad to see because I always used to celebrate special occasions there but it’s changed

Exceptional Experience at The Keg Newmarket

We recently dined at The Keg in Newmarket and had an unforgettable experience, thanks to Briana, who provided the most outstanding customer service we've ever encountered. Her attention to detail, warm demeanor, and genuine care made our evening truly special.

As for the food, the steak and lobster combo was extraordinary – cooked to perfection with flavors that exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect setting for a memorable meal.

A big thank you to Briana and the team at The Keg Newmarket for an exceptional dining experience. We'll definitely be returning soon.

We went for a birthday celebration. Seems more tables were added in the central areas, bringing tables to close together. Not a intimate dining experience at the time. We made reservations. For next time, we must ask to reserve a booth.
