We drive 25kms to frequent The Works Newmarket and love it.
Food is great with good options and the service from Izzy is best in class!

The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal.
The food was good overall, but a few dishes could use a little refinement to really match the quality of the service. Nothing major, just some small improvements that would make the experience even better. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the staff definitely left a positive impression. I’d be happy to give it another try in the future and see how things continue to improve.

Sam was super polite, super helpful, super communicative, but even though there were hardly any tables full, our we had to ask for drink refills, and Sam told us the fries were bottomless, but she never came back any where near our table for a solid 15+ minutes after we all finished.
The Onion Ring Tower, the smash burgers, the normal burgers and the fries were all fantastic - if I could rate them 6 out of 5, I would.

Charlotte was our server and she was very sweet and attentive. My son has a lot of allergies and Charlotte made sure everything was carefully made for him. The food was great, we’ll definitely be back.

The food was delicious and they had an amazing atmosphere! Victoria was such an amazing server she was always checking on us and was very fast with the service. Would 100% recommend definitely visiting again.

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious and you can tell everything is made with care. The burgers were fresh, flavourful, and easily some of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming.

A special shoutout to Victoria, who was an incredible server. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and excellent service made the whole experience even better.

Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best burger in The York region ! The staff are friendly and make sure you are happy with your meal. I wish they had breakfast I would eat there morning, lunch and supper… Victoria is the best!

Any restaurant that screws up a regular burger order for one with PEANUT BUTTER should be out of business. That's a huge mistake. Thank God my wife wasn't allergic.

I'm boycotting this place. The server on Sunday at Newmarket was totally incompetent. Should be fired.

Stopped in earlier with my girlfriend after hearing good things and was pleased to see it lived up to what I’ve been told. The brisket poutine was soo good and would definitely try one of their other poutines next time when we come back! Service was also very top notch! Thanks for the good experience!

Came in earlier today. I just have to say how disappointingly sluggish and rude the service was. Toppings were incorrect and the food was cold. Just another soulless waste of space.

With the new management, we had to wait more than an hour for our food. Our food was waiting in the servery, with no server serving the food to us whatsoever. This location in particular has honestly gotten significantly worse over time.

We used to LOVE this place. It absolutely sucks now. It used to have a charm and now it's just chain restaurant garbage
