If you want to start a good morning then please don’t come to this shop, the cashier is mean, rude and with attitude, it’s just ruining your day.

Ordered in today and recieved an error on my order. Was suppose to get a CAN of the french vanilla cappuccino but instead was sent a Cup of French Vanilla. ( i was not paying $10 for a $2 drink)
Called and they rectified the issue immediately sending someone out with the correct item.
They were extremely polite and apologetic even though it was obviously an honest error.
The rest of the order tasted amazing.
Would come back for the amazing service!

It's an old Tim Hortons, need a renovation like the others. There was a homeless man that made us very uncomfortable. He kept staring at us and came to us asked for our bagel. When we ignored him, he got aggressively verbal that we ended up leaving. Then he kept saying "go home". When I mentioned it to the staff, they just stared and didn't do anything. Really bad experience. First and last time coming here.

The service in the drive thru in the morning is, as many say, crazy fast! In and out in less than a minute, and I ordered a breakfast sandwich and tea. Both were hot. Friendly service too.

Not bad,but they should focus on live line up people,because thank you loyal live line up since 1967 they established business run (not drive thru,not mobile apps-loyal people!!!!)

Hi Tim Hortons Management Team.
This morning sat around 11:00 , the cashier tall gentleman yelled on a girl because of an order mistake. Was yelling on her in front of everyone. She was crying 15 min outside after this and put her order to garbage.
Disgusting and disrespectful!!!
Never come back to this place!
