Not really a complaint, but a suggestion. Please place to tops with the spout on the opposite side of the seam. My coffee dripped all over my shirt… didn’t notice until I got out of the car. Luckily I was just heading home.

I ordered steeped tea at Tim Hortons, at 23 june 25 at 11.30 pm but they gave me brewed coffee instead. And she was rude This was disappointing because I specifically asked for tea. Mistakes happen, but it’s important to double-check orders. Hoping for better accuracy next time.

Ordered in today and recieved an error on my order. Was suppose to get a CAN of the french vanilla cappuccino but instead was sent a Cup of French Vanilla. ( i was not paying $10 for a $2 drink) Called and they rectified the issue immediately sending someone out with the correct item. They were extremely polite and apologetic even though it was obviously an honest error. The rest of the order tasted amazing. Would come back for the amazing service!
