I feel extremely upset and hurt by the way I was treated by one of the staff members. Every time I interact with this person, their attitude toward me is rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional.

What makes it worse is that I felt looked down on just because English is not my first language. Instead of showing patience or respect, this person made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

No customer should ever feel judged or disrespected in this way. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and discriminated against. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because the treatment I received was unacceptable.

Just back from this location , normally my go to Tims - ordered 1x 4 chesse bagel toasted butter cheddar cheese . On my way home had a bite , and OH MY stale bagel 🥯 rock hard , turned around went to complain and of course , the bagel was just made , told the associate feel it , she did , ITS HARD she replied- no its stale ! What do you want me to do ? How about replacing this one since you said its hard - was told they are very busy and cannot , told her to eat it .
Standards have DROPPED - think I should boycott this establishment forever .

The only Tim Hortons that messes up coffee each time I ”give it another try”. No more tries lol.
Almond cappuccino is either cold or burnt (super bitter) each time. Plus staff is never a pleasant. Like ever. No more giving it “another try”.
Only 1 exception: there was a pleasant, I think Ukrainian, fellow.

Stopped by at 8:10 in the morning and fastest service I have seen in a while, the drive through line moved very quickly, and they were very efficient taking my order and by the time I made it to the window, which was 30 seconds from ordering, everything was ready for me! Great to have such quick service !

Great little location with a VERY busy drive thru. I am jealous they know some of the locals by name; I got to two locations almost every Friday and they barely remember me. Very friendly staff, very clean location. One of the freshest BELTs I have ever had.

Very rude worker, when I tried to call instead of actually talking to me and having conversations about questions I had about food. She was very rude and only said dining open at 6 and drive thru was still open but she could of at least said it nice she should not be working phone.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff today. I asked a simple, polite question about a candle for my friend’s birthday, and instead of a respectful “no,” the guy mocked me and laughed like I was stupid — asking if I’ve never been to Tim Hortons before.

I asked again nicely about cupcakes, and he kept laughing and being condescending.

This was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I’ve been to many Tim Hortons, and never experienced this kind of arrogance. I won’t ever return to this location. Get your staff some basic customer service training.
