Every morning. The best.
Manager refused to customise egg & cheese biscuit without egg. Because it was combo and she wanted to charge me other way to remove egg from biscuit. Poor customer service.

One of my favourite Tims in the area! I visit almost every day. Yes it gets busy during school season and yes there’s a line but it goes by fast so No loosing points there.
My order is always correct, tasty and well wrapped and I don’t get side looks when asking for extra tissues or even a straw.
One thing worth mentioning is that my coffee always tastes the same!
Staff is welcoming, polite and although very busy they always find the time for a quick chat and a nice comment. Tammy is by far my favourite. I guess what I’m trying to say is that service and quality meet my standards here. Thank you guys.

I’m so disappointed guys. This is the third location I’m going for protein latte and the same reason all the branches says there is no milk. We don’t have the protein milk for it. You need guys to find a way with this staff
On September 12 at 10:58 pm I came to get coffees and I knew they were closing at 11, Mandeeb still served me even thought they were closing. She was so kind, she still took my order and brewed me a fresh coffee. I tried giving here $10 tip and she didn’t accept it , she is like that’s fine don’t worry . Iam a restaurant owner in Newmarket and I would like to say Whoever is the manager or the owner of this location , YOU SHOULD definitely give her a raise because she definitely deserves it .

Hi I'm was very upset this morning when I bought my breakfast here this week. I have been coming here a few times always given this place another chance to make,stay a loyal customer. But today and many other times disappointed me.i ordered the breakfast croissant with no cheese. Because I always order the same thing but once in a while they always put cheese.but today they put not cheese, I was happy. But when I got to work and started eating it there was jalapeño in my eggs ,I can't take hot spices.i was very disappointed.i have pics of my sandwich if head office would like to see.

I went to this Tim Hortons on Monday around 7 am and the service was horrible. The white woman with reddish hair working there was unnecessarily rude and carried herself with a bad attitude. She snapped at me in the rudest tone just for standing at the counter like a normal customer, acting as if I was some kind of threat simply for placing an order. It seemed like she was projecting her childhood traumas onto customers. If she is not comfortable taking orders and mopping floors that early in the morning then she needs to find another career. She is completely unfit to deal with people and belongs in a job locked away from the public, where her attitude and issues can’t infect anyone else.
Bad service! Find someone can understand and can speak English to take care of the drive-thru line. Four cars in front of me I can see and hear them were so mad when they ordered their food and drinks. When it come to turn I order this they make a difference one. What do you think they serving breakfast but they tell me they have no egg 😂. They are so rude. They need to training their staff to be more professional.

Been let down too many times recently I will be avoiding this location - shame because it is good when certain workers are in but otherwise it’s gone down hill

The staff all look extremely miserable, not one attempted to be friendly, there was no happy banter between staff. Not a single smile on any staff member. Not a happy atmosphere.
My order was not as requested and when I asked for it to be fixed one staff member obviously made a face as the person helping me said don’t make that face at me. Imagine how that made me feel - not impressed at all!!!!
