The worst branch! With a stupid Manager! I picked up my son from school, and he asked me for a cookie I was in the drive-through lineup for 5-8 min When I ordered and got there to pay I noticed I had forgotten my purse! I didn't have money to pay for a 1-dollar cookie and a 2-dollar coffee! 3-4 dollars in total. I asked them please give me my cookie because my son was crying for it, and then I will come at 5 pm and will pay. They didn't accept! I asked to talk to the manager her attitude was frustrating they can check cameras to see!so sorry for the huge mega Tim Hortons brand. I was always be Tim! Supporter for donations and events! I won't anymore! they cannot wait for 1 dollar to be paid off in 2 hours! I will never come to this branch and will follow up on this to higher levels!

Terrible experience. I would give no stars. Students who are hired as employees, show a lack of respect for anyone's time they are extremely slow, unhygienic.i witnessed a girl waking around without gloves handling food, fixing her hair, rubbing her nose, and then holding atleast 7 bagels for an order, disgusting. Avoid this location if you can. I had a terrible experience today. I had to wait a min of 20 minutes for my order. Just because I didn't go through drive-through. Ridiculous

I like tim Hortons in general I think they have good food and coffee my only gripe is the staff, they are two older ladies In there extremely rude and shouldn't deal with public. The location is great, layout inside is great just need to improve employee staff then it all be great.

Two nights ago, my husband and my daughter came to this Tim Hortons. Two boys and two girls were drinking and were standing in front of the door and were behaving rudely. The two boys were throwing chairs. And they were fighting. They were not in a good mood, they had liquor bottles in their hands and were banging on the bottles with their fists. My little daughter and I were both scared and felt insecure. I am sorry that your staff did not take any action and did not care about our safety. You can check the cameras. I will not come to this Tim Horton's again

I don’t know how the 17705 branch does it but in personal opinion their turn around time is exceptional. I always order a plain bagel toasted with cheese and before I am done ordering it is done and ready. A special shout to Jen who is always ready with a smile and a greeting making each of my visit personal and special. You have a good team there.
