We enjoyed a delicious dinner of fried chicken and sides. The corn bread is fantastic. I usually get the chicken sandwich and the cauliflower bites are yummy. I only wish they served Guinness ?.
I recently had the pleasure of trying the cornbread at Union Chicken and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had! The bread was perfectly moist and had a subtle sweetness to it that perfectly balanced out the savory flavor of the chicken and other dishes I paired it with. The texture was soft and crumbly, and the cornmeal added a nice crunch.I especially appreciated how the cornbread was served hot and freshly baked, as it made for an even more enjoyable experience....
I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Ordered Buffalo Cauliflower to start. Then I had a Cobb salad which was well put together and tasty. My son ordered his chicken sandwich and poutine side. Everything was great including the service.
