Horrible service on drive through. Rude employees seem irritated to take an order and keep asking us anything else after every sentence. Like chill and let us finish speaking and we will tell you if we need anything else. And then makes us drive forward from the window and then waves us back to reverse and get our food. That is a safety risk and unprofessional

Food came cold. Always take a long time, especially in drive-thru, place is a mess, smells, bathroom is disgusting, garbage everywhere, garbage overfilling, spills on floor, overall disgusting.

We got there at the drive thru at 11:45pm no one was ahead of us or behind the customer service was really bad we couldn’t hear them would go on silent then when we placed an order we paid and they hold us drive up ahead we will call you to go get your food he started actually calling us instead of bringing the food to us as they should and always do. He should have at least bring the food to us or let us wait.

Went thru the drive thru this evening. Gentleman working there was very rude. No welcome to Wendy's or anything. And he wouldn't even look at me or say anything. He didn't look at me once during the entire interaction. I would have driven away if I hadn't already paid.

We had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. After placing a drive-thru order around midnight, we were asked to park in the side lot to wait for our food. After about five minutes, instead of bringing the food to our car (as is standard at most drive-thrus), a staff member opened the drive-thru window and *yelled the customer's name outside*, expecting us to walk back and pick it up ourselves. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s completely unprofessional and makes no sense.

When we politely asked why the food wasn’t brought to the car, we were told it was for “security reasons.” But that raises serious questions — what kind of security risk is involved in delivering food to customers in their cars, especially when your system is *based on* customer convenience?

To make things worse, the staff were incredibly rude. The man working the drive-thru was dismissive, unhelpful, and raised his voice when we questioned what had happened. No apology. No explanation. Just attitude.

This was a terrible customer service experience from start to finish. If you’re going to ask customers to wait, the least you can do is provide basic courtesy — and bring the food out like every other fast food location. Do better, Wendy’s.

I don’t usually go to this location in the evening but I went here after work twice at 1:45 am and both times their system is down. I guess they close at 1:45 am instead of 2:00 am

Went to the drive-through this evening to grab a salad after a nice workout and spent three minutes in the drive through window trying to understand very poor English speaking skills advising me that they are unable to take my order because of an Uber order coming in? I believe that's what I received from the conversation. unfortunately it doesn't seem like Wendy's has any remaining standards for proficiency or at least basic communication skills in the English language.

I'm all for supporting immigration and hiring newcomers, however when it comes to unemployment that requires communication I believe Wendy's should maintain a level of standard for proficiency in the English language.

Anyway, I ended the conversation and I proceeded to drive away from the empty drive-through and as I passed by the window I saw another person getting handed their order so I'm not quite sure why within the span of a few minutes they are unable to take my order due to an Uber order Coming in.

Very disappointing and I'm sure that the Wendy's franchise owner of this location would like to be made aware that they turned away a customer with an empty restaurant due to what I believe to have made out to be another Uber order coming in at the time.

Anyway, I am now proceeding to a Wendy's in another city to purchase my salad as I really do like the food however the management/customer service at this location will ensure I never return again and I highly recommend not spending effort to come to this location unless you're just passing by.

This is a VERY mixed review that I will break up into two sections to explain the 2-star rating:

1) My wife and stopped in to order a couple of medium Frostys to enjoy. The Frostys were excellent, the lady that took our order - although a little quiet - was very nice and friendly. The tables are relatively clean and adequate.

2) A sketchy dude was hanging around the outside, getting a little too close and looking like he was strung out, bad. He eventually came inside and sat down, was joined by a second dude (also strung out), and then a third dude (who looked like he was on coke). Just as we finished our ice cream and were about the leave, the third guy PUMMELS the first guy with lefts and rights while screaming, leading me to grab my wife and get her out of there in the nick of time.

The worst part is, no staffer anywhere in the combined Wendy's/Tim Hortons even bothered to pick up a phone and call the police! I wasn't about to get involved, as my wife's safety (and my own) is paramount and I don't feel like getting shanked. The staffers present just all stopped and watched while the brawl happened and all of us customers present vacated.

What a mess!!!
