This order from Skip was quick, but the food was inedible. The food was cold and the fries tasted like they were uncooked and parts of them were still frozen as well as the wrap i had gotten was drier than the desert and hard as a rock. I also didn't receive my drink with it and I couldn't get a refund on this order even though it was a complete waste of my money I didn't eat any of it will not be ordering from here again

I would'nt normally review fast food restaurants however, I feel this one deserves it. My meal was the best experience of Wendy's that I've ever had. As a Canadian that has had Wendy's countless times, my expectation was a borderline warm burger, disappointingly cold soggy fries and a meal that I was buying out of just sheer hunger and convenience. To my surprise, my meal was fresh, super hot, fast and well put together. Burger patty was perfectly cooked even had a bit of a crust edge. Fries were crispy and hot also. I didn't even have time to sit before I was called that my meal was ready. Breeze was cold with each door opening but more than willing to have to deal with that for a perfect meal. This is honestly the first time I feel that Wendy's had been worth the money. Keep it up, you guys are doing it right at this location and setting the bar for all locations.

Went after a long day of work. I ordered a double stack burger, add mayo but what I received was a burnt patty on a bun with little mayo and little ketchup… not a DOUBLE stack!

I eat fast food quite a bit twice a week actually but for some reason every single time I pull up to this place and try to use my coupons they look at me like I'm some kind of Neanderthal and tell me my coupons won't work, say they can't upgrade my combos, this is fast food not stand around and wait 20 minutes for the employee to figure out what the hell he's doing, one of the worst Wendy's locations I have ever been to

I recently visited a Wendy's drive-thru and was fortunate to be served by an exceptional associate named Mani. His warm, polite demeanor and attentiveness truly made my day. Mani’s friendly nature and the professionalism he displayed are qualities that go above and beyond. It’s clear he values customer service and puts effort into making each interaction meaningful. Wendy’s management should be proud to have such a top performer on their team—he’s the kind of associate who not only excels in his role but also embodies the very best of what customer service should be. Tried the Wendy’s chilli for the first time. The main portion of the chilli is 2 types of bean. Not too much meat but the flavour was very good. I would recommended if your looking for more of a bean-based chilli. Very fast service.

If you like standing and waiting for ever to get average food with bad service, this is the place. Steadily gone down hill likely due to new owners not caring. Not staffing more than 1 person during busy dinner hour.

Went through the drive through April 1st around 4:10pm. Pulled up to order and the first thing the girl says is “have a good day”? I haven’t even ordered yet but ok. Questioned everything I ordered and had a terrible attitude. Once I got my food my burgers were cold and there was a hair I’m my frosty. Never going to this location again and I recommend you don’t either.
