I came in for my birthday and i was greeted nicely at the door. however i cannot say the same for the service. my server brianne (dirty blonde hair) was incredibly rude and corrected me when i mispronounced words on the menu and was very snarky with me. i didn’t appreciate her attitude and how i was treated. I come here all the time and i really dont wanna come again. Its unfortunate how one server can change your view on a restaurant.

And the price was quite reasonable for Clifton Hill (typically tourist pricing is absurdly high).

The Napoletana is definitely 5 stars.

The line is long. However, most are mindful of the wait time and do leave at the allotted time.

With 2 coeliak-kids it is Always a struggle to find glutenfree food. This place nailed it. Despite it was probably one of the busiest evenings of the year, the quality of the food was good. Thank you.

Their spaghetti was absolutely delicious along with ordering a salad. Our waiter was outstanding and always checked on us.

The food was delicious. I came here with my family and was very glad we chose this place. Service was incredible and everyone was so kind. Bruschetta and calamari were delicious as well as the gnocchi. It’s a must visit and we’ll be definitely be coming back here again!

Had dinner on Sat Aug 23, 2025, party of 6.
There were a few mix up with our orders. We all ordered one main meal, nothing complicated. Service was good. It is very loud in the restaurant so it is difficult to have a conversation even with the person beside you. Although the food is tasty, the portions are small and overpriced. There is a mandatory 18% gratuity added to the bill. I have been dining at this restaurant for many years however I am not certain I will be returning.

Delicious Neapolitan-style pizza! The washrooms were also very clean, the waiter was very polite and fast, and there's some Italian music playing in the background to add ambiance. I recommend it!

Visited Antica on August 26th, 2025, and had the worst experience ever...
To begin, we (an African American couple) sat down and waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. During this time, I made eye contact with several waitresses, and still, nobody came over to us. When we walked in, there was a Caucasian couple that sat down at the same time as us. They received service before us and even got their bill before we even got our food. After the 20-minute waiting mark, I decided to take initiative and walk over to someone from a different section and told her the situation. Although I should’ve left, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I’ve had positive experiences here before and love their food. After complaining, we were served shortly after and guess what… we were served by the exact same server who I had previously made eye contact with 5 times before. This experience really changed my perspective on a restaurant that I previously used to speak so highly about.
