Could not see the performance for the Halloween special as they sat me behind a column so I missed the entire show. Food was alright though
Was a great night and show. The food good. And service awesome loved the experience price for Halloween pre night Promotion. Wonderful idea.
My husband and I had a great experience for Halloween. The food excellent :meats are nice and tender and well seasoned, the pineapple is to die for and all the trimmings were very tasty. The wine ( we had a local Shiraz) was perfect with the meats and the show spectacular! We also found the price reasonable and great value for your money. The facility is very clean (washrooms very clean) and modern. We drove all the way from Port Dover and we can honestly say that it was worth the drive. We will be back very soon! Keep it up Copacabana!! Thank you for a great experience!
The sides very good, although not asked if we wanted more, no desert menu, the meat good but not enough of it, the tiniest thin slices and not very often,no inter action from the staff as in is your meal OK etc, so dissapointing compared to similar UK restuarants when you leave absolutely stuffed
We've been to this location before but this time around it seemed very unorganized. They did not have many items available (e.g., kept saying there is no chicken but other tables were being served chicken). Our table kept getting skipped by the Servers (aside from one). We'd either have to flag em down or call them over. But they constantly went to other tables. Would rather go to Brasa.
Great restaurant and food is incredible but music way too loud. Our waitress this time around was really rude and I had never experienced that before here. It was too bad because it ruined the vibe of our dinner. We had extra cash to tip her more vut she was not interested at all to make our experience a good one so we didnt give her anything else. I hope if we go back that we get a better server.
Update Oct 18 2025
I have been going to this restaurant for years, after covid they closed for renovation and had it had the chance to go since , let me said that personally its not worth the price , they changed the menu (its even smaller options and only few for side dishes ) , unfortunately the servers wore coming by very apart from each other so we literally sit there empty plates for 5 minutes and such till they came by with another thin 1 or 2 piece of meat and I didn't like a few of the cuts that was served, find them very salty . Service was good , friendly.
3 people , 4 drinks , we had a time window to be somewhere else , so unfortunately we left hungry. Again the atmosphere is more club style now , as before I was more sophisticated.
We really enjoy going here , service was good the only thing I have already said before to a manager its expanding the menu a little more and it be 5 out 5

For the price, you're better off going to all you can eat sushi, or somewhere like Gyubee. I love Copa but they're strategy is very obvious; get you full on appetizers you order & give you the odd piece of meat or shrimp in between. If you're craving a nice steak, go make it at home or to a proper steakhouse. They're food isn't bad by any means, it's just not worth the hype. You sit around waiting while the gents serving food try to make sure they reach each table enough times.

I used to be a big fan of Copacabana — it was one of my favorite dining experiences.
Unfortunately, since they changed their serving style, the quality and the whole experience have gone downhill.
Not only is the new serving method less appealing, but the portions have also become noticeably smaller.
It honestly feels like they’re trying to cover up the reduced quantity with fancy presentation, which is disappointing.
It used to be totally worth it, but now it just feels like you’re being misled.
I really hope they go back to their old style and start prioritizing customer satisfaction again.

Went after 9pm with a reservation. Excellent variety of meats. The sides were hit or miss depending on your palette. The entertainment was incredible and I would not want to spoil my favorite act for others in a review. The place continues to improve as this is our second time and everything as improved

The previous low was the Outback Steakhouse. This place is the new low by a huge margin.
Jokingly I told the server that we can finally eat only to have him bombard me with a lecture about serving other people and how busy they are. I was stunned in disbelief.
I stormed out of that place in a hurry and asked for the manager .
Thomas showed up and and offered a lame opology and a weak resolve.
For your own good avoid this joint .
We had some microscopic side dishes that tasted like cardboard before the mayhem .
The place was awesome...what happened???
I still can't erase the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant....years after.
One year after my last edit and still can't shake off that disgusting incident.
