Best. Night. EVER!!!!

We just visited last night for my birthday. Absolutely fabulous. The new (to us) system of ordering your sides, rather than going to a buffet bar, is spectacular. The sides are prepared for the individual and taste much better. The drinks were also good. Please try the Brazilian lemonade. So good. We ate until we were absolutely stuffed and then had pineapple to finish off. Thank God this place is a substantial drive for us otherwise we'd be gorging every weekend. BTW, the Toronto location is nowhere near as nice nor as friendly. Niagara Falls is the way to go.

Wow what an experience for a restaurant, you start off with excellent food that goes on the whole night and then you have performances that happen that really brings out the atmosphere, also our server Mykayla was amazing and quick. Everyone just being a vibe was awesome and i would definitely recommend coming here again, the price may be high but you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great time and enjoyed the food, options, most of the atmosphere. The service they went above and beyond so our son enjoyed his birthday celebrations here! The only negative we all noticed was it was wayyy too hot in the restaurant seating area. Our next visit we plan to go on the weekend to see the entertainment atmosphere!

Absolutely incredible experience. Went last Friday during one of their special events and the show put on was spectacular, food was good, service was even better. I absolutely recommend it if you can afford it just for the experience alone

I made it for a copa after dark show and it was incredible. The service was great and the performers were all iconic. Can’t wait to go back again

For the second visit in a row my group and I were SO disappointed in the service here. We previously had an almost identical experience but we were hopeful it was a one off, unfortunately that didn't seem to be the case. We did not receive any of our sides. We could not speak to our server due to the noise level. When we inquired an hour and 15 minutes into our meal about when we might receive our side orders, at which point we opened our order details from the app to show the server and realized there were 100+ dollars worth of drink orders were on our order as well as our sides that we never received. To which the server told us the tab for the drinks were from our bar order, except we were never at the bar and did not order said drinks. The server then told us it was actually showing up on our tab because someone else was seated at our table before we arrived and had moved tables so their orders were still going into the system as our table number, along with our orders, and this is also why we never received our sides because they went to the table where the previous customers had moved to. After figuring out what the issue was, and thinking it had been sorted, we then tried to order dessert, and we never received that either. Ultimately we left without ever receiving our sides, we were expected to pay for another tables bar tab because they moved tables and left us with the tab, we didn't received any sides/desserts even after we thought it was rectified. We also never received even an apology from our server. We will not be returning to this location in the future, it is clear that this is the standard for service here given that our last two visits have been the exact same (missing sides, missing desserts, the only thing you can depend on is getting the meat that walks by your table).

Food was fantastic. Service and drinks were a little slow. But overall probably the best dinner place in Niagara Falls

Food was excellent! Loved the little sides ordered! Delicious! The meats were excellent! Those little cheese buns were heavenly! Dancers were so fun to watch! We wanted to dance too! Most of the servers were nice , but some were kind of gruff. Overall experience was exceptional!

It seemed to me that they were trying to hide the quality of the meat with all the sauces and spices they put on the meat. On all the meats you could not taste any beef flavour it was masked by spices, sauces and cheese that where on the meat. I like my steak where you can taste the beef and the quality of the meat. If this is how you like you steak this place will be a disappointment to you

Restaurant has been renovated nicely. Service was great. Wasn't sure what to think of phone ordering at first. The system works really well. Nice and efficient. Kids eat free on Sunday! Amazing. Pichana steak was my personal favourite.

Very disappointing, we made reservation for our daughter's birthday and got sat basically in the kitchen and beside an exit door which allowed the cold air to come in, The sound of dishes clinking, employees coming and going, made it very difficult to enjoy conversation. The meat guys would have to pass our table to exit the kitchen and yet we still did not get served all selections of meat, we had to ask for them. It felt like we were being rushed out and not offered a second of serving. For the amount of money we spent we should not have left feeling hungry.

Music could definitely be turned down some. I understand you're going for am experience here but it's just far too loud. Can't even hear the servers half the time telling us what kind of meat they were bringing. And forget about trying to have a conversation with someone.
