Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara

For the second visit in a row my group and I were SO disappointed in the service here. We previously had an almost identical experience but we were hopeful it was a one off, unfortunately that didn't seem to be the case. We did not receive any of our sides. We could not speak to our server due to the noise level. When we inquired an hour and 15 minutes into our meal about when we might receive our side orders, at which point we opened our order details from the app to show the server and realized there were 100+ dollars worth of drink orders were on our order as well as our sides that we never received. To which the server told us the tab for the drinks were from our bar order, except we were never at the bar and did not order said drinks. The server then told us it was actually showing up on our tab because someone else was seated at our table before we arrived and had moved tables so their orders were still going into the system as our table number, along with our orders, and this is also why we never received our sides because they went to the table where the previous customers had moved to. After figuring out what the issue was, and thinking it had been sorted, we then tried to order dessert, and we never received that either. Ultimately we left without ever receiving our sides, we were expected to pay for another tables bar tab because they moved tables and left us with the tab, we didn't received any sides/desserts even after we thought it was rectified. We also never received even an apology from our server. We will not be returning to this location in the future, it is clear that this is the standard for service here given that our last two visits have been the exact same (missing sides, missing desserts, the only thing you can depend on is getting the meat that walks by your table).

Food was fantastic. Service and drinks were a little slow. But overall probably the best dinner place in Niagara Falls

Food was excellent! Loved the little sides ordered! Delicious! The meats were excellent! Those little cheese buns were heavenly! Dancers were so fun to watch! We wanted to dance too! Most of the servers were nice , but some were kind of gruff. Overall experience was exceptional!

It seemed to me that they were trying to hide the quality of the meat with all the sauces and spices they put on the meat. On all the meats you could not taste any beef flavour it was masked by spices, sauces and cheese that where on the meat. I like my steak where you can taste the beef and the quality of the meat. If this is how you like you steak this place will be a disappointment to you

Restaurant has been renovated nicely. Service was great. Wasn't sure what to think of phone ordering at first. The system works really well. Nice and efficient. Kids eat free on Sunday! Amazing. Pichana steak was my personal favourite.

Very disappointing, we made reservation for our daughter's birthday and got sat basically in the kitchen and beside an exit door which allowed the cold air to come in, The sound of dishes clinking, employees coming and going, made it very difficult to enjoy conversation. The meat guys would have to pass our table to exit the kitchen and yet we still did not get served all selections of meat, we had to ask for them. It felt like we were being rushed out and not offered a second of serving. For the amount of money we spent we should not have left feeling hungry.

Music could definitely be turned down some. I understand you're going for am experience here but it's just far too loud. Can't even hear the servers half the time telling us what kind of meat they were bringing. And forget about trying to have a conversation with someone.

Our first experience at Copacabana. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our dinner. The food was as promised, delicious. Friendly exhuberant and knowledgeable staff. Thankyou.

My wife and I stayed just 1 night, Planned to go to that Mexican restaurant close by and stopped to go in here because of the amazing smell from outside lol. We had an amazing time! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the dance show was absolutely mesmerizing. The atmosphere, food, and entertainment made for an unforgettable evening.

Very friendly personnel, great quality and taste food, beautiful ambiance.

I always love coming here. The food is always awesome and the service is even better. It's worth the money if you have it.

Parking: Park out front and wait for a shuttle.

We visited here Tuesday for a belated valentines and it was amazing! Because we came on a quieter day we had incredibly quick service, all the different offerings were amazing (I will be thinking about the Parmesan steak for a long time) and the ambience was lovely. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely make the trip back in the future!

Parking: There is a free parking area but it sort of looks like a fire route, so a little hard to find

Last Saturday, I came in with my sister and her husband and we truly did have an amazing experience because the hostess for our table Emine was truly amazing and sweet. She made this night a 10/10 for us, making sure that we were getting everything we needed and catering to our needs. She is the best and kudos to her for being so attentive to us especially on such a busy night.

We had an amazing dinner at Copacabana Brazilian Steak House in Niagara Falls last night which was amazing as always but I have to do a special shoutout to Liam the meat cutter. There were business owners sitting at our table, many of which hire young workers and he was a fabulous young man with exceptional customer service. The table felt we got more from our Copacabana experience because he was serving us. Highly recommend!

I was very excited to dine here. The meat was delicious but we had to wait 10 minutes between getting 2 slivers of meat until more meat was offered. My husband really wanted the pineapple but it was difficult to obtain some. Food didn't feel in abundance for the price you pay more is expected. You are forced to order sides via QR code on your phone. Again causing a delay in when you are actual getting your food and able to eat a complete meal. Dancers were great but the "show" on a Friday night lasts 5-10 mins tops. Overall very underwhelming experience.
